While I love my blue PRX Powermatic 80 40mm, for the Chronometer version I'd go with the white dial. Reason: The date window has a white background. On the blue dial, it detracts a bit from the balanced appearance of the dial. On the white dial it blends into the dial so that the eye goes to the subdials and not the date window. And I agree, the hands against the black subdials are much easier to read. Either way, bhey're both beautiful chronos, and could only be improved with a green dial version with silver subdials! Regarding in-house movements, an ETA/Valjoux movement is generally going to be much easier to get serviced, and at a lower price point, that a true in-house movement. For instance, I recently watched the saga of a British gentleman who forgot he was wearing his Lange and dived into his swimming pool with it. Even admitting the water damage was his fault, his experience with both Lange as well as his local AD were less than the stellar treatment you'd expect from a company of that stature. It was also quite costly and required shipment of his watch back to Germany.
I'd definitely pick the blue. Thus watch punches way above its price point. Seen it in person recently and its a really striking piece. A little too big for my wrist but really impressed none the less.
The white dial looks awesome for me since I am a big fan of panda dials. Have actually been eyeing the PRX Chrono after getting my Tissot Gentleman recently.
First time watching one of your videos and I think it was just incredible! You are very talented keep up the work and you will get pretty big on this space!
I went for the white one. It is so regal and minimalistic ! MAde a video about it. And Tissot even raised the price recently. No wonder when you see their success with that line.
Very good videos, congrats, new suscriber here! I own three PRXs, two powermatics (white and blue) and a black quartz. I love its vintage look. Talking about the chrono version, I'd also go for the white. Cheers! :)
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial now have not two but three powermatics; black, blue and white and not one but two quartz; black and the new gold pvd. The next one on my list is the chrono (white). Love these watch, cheers! ;)
This watch has more ''play'' time than my speedy... I love these pushers, it makes the overall design look so unique and flashy. Blue dial btw, LOVE IT!
BTW Harrison, enjoy your 20s. There will be a time you look back and realize what a great time it was. I'd say the same about the 30s (though I was single; might have been different had I been married). Just live your life fully, both personally and professionally, and you'll be able to look back and realize it just gets better with age!
I’ve tried on both at a watch store and the white just felt flat for me. Didn’t pop like the blue dial. I had them on side by side. I guess that’s the best way to make a decision. The blue shined light then dark as you turned it. White just didn’t do it for me. Hope this helps.
I did buy the blue one and am very happy with it. Because I really love the blue/Silver Contrast between Dial and the Totalisators that looks very stunning and appeals me a lot. The Vintageaspect of the white one doesn’t bother me, because I have many Vintagewatches in my Collection and if I am in the mood for Vintage I wear a Vintagewatch.
Tissot is technically using an in house movement because the Valjoux movements as well as the Tissot brand are all owned by the Swatch Group and they make it all in-house.
Generally, I prefer a blue dial. However, with this watch the white dial looks better to me. Tissot makes great watches in their price range. I own two; a Gentleman Powermatic and a Quickster. I also gave a PRX 35mm as a gift.
I was a huge Fan of the panda, seeing it on videos and pictures. In the store dissapointed because it's dial is to silvery. The blue dial switches to Black when you turn the wrist. Defenitly Team Blue/Black dial.
I was set to buy a white dial watch...was keen on the white Omega Seamaster ... at close to 50 years of age..im.still leaning towards the blue..its s cracker blue dial. Maybe my decision might change once I view them in store
I’m normally a blue person, but in this case I prefer the white dial. In house movements are no guarantee of reliability and may cost more to have serviced. A known standard movement with a history of reliability would always be a far better choice!
This young man’s opinion is as follows: I already have the PRX Powermatic 80 in blue so, while I do like the brushed blue dial on the chrono, I’d go with the silver. Oh, and Harrison…You’re 25. You’re not old. I’m 58 and I’d give up my left leg to be 25 again! 😅
This is just slightly thicker than the Hamilton Intramatic Chronograph and a vintage Seiko panda. 14.5mm is not took thick for an automatic chronograph. This is also cheaper compared to Intramatic.
Well, I'm Scottish and this is the first time I have heard the phrase "clutch up" It has never been part of my vocabulary, I suspect it is a new term probably created in middle class Edinburgh by todays ever-increasing ultra-woke illiterate youth?
Just bought the White Dial. Looks incredible and feels like a quality watch.
White for me, so clean. I'd love them to do an ice blue or green in the chrono, not just regular versions 😍
Silver Panda All the way! That would be the one to rock :-)
I went with the blue personally. Love the way the dial plays with the light.
Nice! I do rate the blue!
+1 for showing shots from afar. The most important thing about a watch is how it looks on and how it’s styled. Thanks for showcasing that.
Totally agree, thank you!

Ouch. Who isn't accutely aware of being in a swimming costume with a Lange on?
I'd definitely pick the blue. Thus watch punches way above its price point. Seen it in person recently and its a really striking piece. A little too big for my wrist but really impressed none the less.

コスパ最強ですよね!

Both look class but definitely it’s the white dial that wins, serious bang for your buck 👌
While blue is perhaps the most popular color on steel, there is something about the Panda dials we can’t have enough of ✨⏱
I've just got the white dial variant and love it. it's like wearing a pink floyd concert on your wrist when the sun hits it. Fantastic!
I'm getting the blue one on Wednesday for my 40th can't wait 😁 I love the way the blue changes colour in different light.
White panda is more classic looking than the blue .It has vintage feel and gives me a 70’s vibe !
I’ve subscribed I would dearly love that watch box !

i will go for the white BUT as you talk allways in your videos the bluesis a very sporty and nice option, great video!!
Good choice! Thank you.

Well said!
Just picked up the blue face, can’t wait to get it on the wrist!!

I'd definitely pick the white dial, it looks more classic and classy if u know what I mean
I did buy the blue one and am very happy with it. Because I really love the blue/Silver Contrast between Dial and the Totalisators that looks very stunning and appeals me a lot.

I'd pick the white, however, I feel that it would be just a little bit too big for my wrist. I'll stick to the standard PRX.
I recommend the white Dial. I just love it ❤.
got the chrono, it's so perfect, and a compliment monster. Sold my PRX Powermatic right away after, felt like a women's watch compared to the chrono.
The brushing of the blue dial is really sharp. Definitely prefer the blue version.
Just bought the blue chrono yesterday…love it⌚️
Tissot is technically using an in house movement because the Valjoux movements as well as the Tissot brand are all owned by the Swatch Group and they make it all in-house.
White dial for me which is surprising. I usually prefer reverse dial panda's. Probably because I lust after the Tissot 1973 chronograph just a bit 🤣
Generally, I prefer a blue dial. However, with this watch the white dial looks better to me.
Tissot makes great watches in their price range. I own two; a Gentleman Powermatic and a Quickster. I also gave a PRX 35mm as a gift.
It looks great in white, right?!
@@ChisholmHunterOfficial Yes. It does.
White date window on white dial (instead of white date on blue) might be the thing that pushed me in the direction of white dial
I am lucky to have the white and I love it, really eye catching
I’m 22 and I’d pick the white one tho🥳
The blue is my favorite and it’s the one I went with!
The white! This watch punches above its weight! Great job Tissot
New subscriber here! I definitely dig the white - much more classic and I can see it last a lifetime if looked after well!
I prefer the blue dial. I own a Seastar 2000 in the black dial. I want the blue PRX chrono next!💯
I have the white dial, it’s fantastic
I’m not a tissot person however that white version is really cool
I was a huge Fan of the panda, seeing it on videos and pictures. In the store dissapointed because it's dial is to silvery.
The blue dial switches to Black when you turn the wrist. Defenitly Team Blue/Black dial.
I was set to buy a white dial watch...was keen on the white Omega Seamaster ... at close to 50 years of age..im.still leaning towards the blue..its s cracker blue dial. Maybe my decision might change once I view them in store
White is the benchmark for prx
I’m normally a blue person, but in this case I prefer the white dial. In house movements are no guarantee of reliability and may cost more to have serviced. A known standard movement with a history of reliability would always be a far better choice!
Agreed!
Hey
Nice video. I'm 20 and I like the white one better😊
i like the white allway look good
White because the rose gold
White Dial with blue sub dials for me usually go for a darker dial but something is capturing me here
Got the blue dial Powermatic 80 already. So the white chrono will be my pick.
On such a big watch the darker dial in the blue is very "slimming" and makes It wear smaller
How did you find this in terms of chunk? Very tempted by this one in the long run. Has major VC Overseas vibes. Moreso than the non-chrono version.
I like the blue, already have the green prx quartz and green powermatic 80.
No doubt, the white all the way and I love blue.
I own the white. I like both colors, I just like the white a little bit more.
Thank for this video helped me for my desicion
I have the PRX Chrono and I love it has more class

I am torn on the colors!
"25 old man" made me laugh out loud. Come back to me when you're 40 and your neck hurts from sneezing wrong. 25 is still young
May I ask what type of Jacket the Canada Goose is ? Like model. Kindest thanks. Rod from New Zealand.
Bought the white chrono and every time I wear it I get compliments from my friends that wear Rolex.
The panda is amazing and the first panda that made me want one, was never a fan enough to want any others
I tell myself that I like white dials but always end up buying blue ones 😁
25 is really fucking young, talking about I’m not that young. You got your whole life ahead of you brother I’m 36, just wait. #teamblue
In house Swatch movement makes sense.
I really like the BLUE dial.
I respectfully disagree. The "panda" is the popular colorway as of late.
Any body nows the accuracy of this watch?
White
I bought the white one in Taiwan~
White, definitely.
I wish I was 25. That was 25 years ago.
The bracelet has a cheap feeling when you handle it🤔☹️😩
I’ll take both please!!
I'm sure Chisholm Hunter have some in stock! ⌚️
White please
We have the same lamp 😅
I´m a big fan of blue dials, but this Chrono looks better with the white dial. Greetings from an older man (47)...😉
Thanks for watching!
I’d definitely go for the blue because I don’t like it when they force some gold into the dial as is the case with the white one
Comparing one Model with different colors? How ridiculous is that? 🤣 It's only a matter of taste. Before I forget it, I got both, for sure!💥
White , all day.
Blue dail....that was a N0-BRAINER 🧐
私はブルーを買いました🥸👍japanese
21 years old. white dial.
I am soooooooo blue!
White!
white
Definitely the blue for me
WHİTE BEST ❤
Panda ❤
White winners
