Great question! Situational leadership is indeed another leadership style. It's dependent on the circumstance and people around you. It can use any of the 5 leadership skills interchangeably or mix them to get the best result for a particular situation. Thanks for the comment and for watching!
I think I'm a servant leader as well, but imho supporting other doesn't mean that you don't inspire them. At least, I try to inspire my pupils as much as possible. But maybe I combining two types of leadership......
I totally agree! Many times the servant leadership is glossed over, but you can definitely inspire others doing it! A servant leader should teach us to be humble, kind, empathetic, supportive of other, and many more ❤ I'm sure you're an inspiration to your students 🙂

I have used all 5 types. Some of us are born leaders and we all can be trained.
