DIY Bald Cap: 2 Easy Ways! (No Latex)

Hi guys! Here is a simple tutorial on how I DIY bald caps for creative makeup looks!
All you need is:
-Plastic wrap
-Adhesive ( spirit gum, prosaid, eyelash glue or latex)
-Garbage bag
-Foundation

That is super cool with the bag. Saran wrap is the devil... lol..... I can't get it out without it totally sticking to itself..... same with tape..... lol.

I know this video is a bit old, but can liquid latex be used as an adhesive? Or would eyelash glue be better? I’ve got both, I just need something that’ll hold this design in place underneath a wig. (The wig also has a forehead piece I need to stick down, how would I go about that?)
