Actually in old times brahmin were educated people but they were not used to hard work so everytime someone ask them to perform ritual they asks many things in return
In our rekigion Hinduism, when you feast for the dead you must find poor people to feed. These people are extortionist. One must not give them a penny.
Maine ek Bengali movie dakha hai.isi topic paar hai.ek Brahmin apna beta ek jaminder ko data hai aur ending mein apni beta ka ye hi rituals manata hai.
For those who don't know, the money they get is divided amongst the community. In the hindus of bihar, i can't tell of anywhere else, we practice a 10 day ritual after the cremation. On the 10th day we organise a feast to celebrate the death and show who died that we're happy and you matter even more now. These feasts are considered incomplete if the JAGAS don't arrive. Sometimes it's one sometimes even more than 8. They don't demand high prices from those who can't afford it.
Eric Rodrigues they don't want to eat like that..... they do this....cas they have to.....the style and dialouges are given by their grandfather and so on
When you eat with your hands, the flora in the fingers is swallowed. It is beneficial for health and for various body parts such as the mouth, throat, and intestine, and it promotes healthy digestion in the gut. As mentioned above handling food with your fingers releases digestive juices and enzymes.
If soo than believing in unseen untouchable god is too blind faith. Circumcising the penis and vagina is an act of blind faith too. Ritual of praying God 5 times is too a blind faith. As science totally discard the fact of so called God. Will u be atheist ? No you ll not. So brother don't criticise another one's ritual. Broad your mind. Thanku
Fool the people, eat, get stuff you need and leave ,nice. This is spirituality routine for passage of dead, for people who cannot fathom life and death as simple natural processes.
Let me tell y'all ! he himself used the word 'Business' at last AND I'm starting he said his Ancestors ADOPTED (not their original work) it ! it's simple that this is being followed for a long and now some people (almost everybody) thinks its a Ritual ! It's NOT a ritual, rather its just THEIR belief that if they praise and eat in the name of death the deceased will enter eternity And I'm not even sure what is JAGA !? and at last.... I almost puked seeing WHAT and HOW they eat.
I respect these death rites that these brahmins and untouchables do for families, but I think they know they don't want newer generations to do these rituals. However, I think these rituals should be preserved at the same time. I don't know if many of you would agree with what I would propose, but I was thinking why not let the brahmins and untouchable that have to deal with death rites have like a one year sanyasi or pilgrimage period where they do this, then later in life they can continue doing other modern professions. If this is done, there will never be a lack in those who follow the rituals and families will always be able to provide for themselves from outside income. Those which want to continue this lifestyle should, to stay true the brahminical practices as well as those of the untouchable. However, some exceptions can be made from reading the dharmashastras if i'm not mistaken.
yes. i think there is something behind these rituals , because indians have followed their rituals but not the actual logic behind them.. I am a pandit(priest).. though these things do not come us. we only do the marriages mantras.. i am studying in a NIT(you must e knowing if you are indian) , and going to become an engineer and at the same time i have learnt the marriage things like chanting mantras and all. i want to rebuild these things in india ,.. we lost our Gurukul culture but now western people are following them in some of their schools.we need to discover the truth behind these things.
Your idea is good but look at those comments people calling Brahmins scammers ,chor and looters of india...who wants to be judged..... definitely not me but I love my culture and I am following it daily basis....I am sad though after going through these comments

In our rekigion Hinduism, when you feast for the dead you must find poor people to feed. These people are extortionist. One must not give them a penny.
There is a Bengali film on this starring Soumitra Chatterjee. Where Soumitra is forced to eat Pindus for his diseased son adapted by another rich man.
Great...
Nice collection of vlogs you got! Keep it up!

He said this is a business . How is this even legal ? Worthless people who don’t do anything apart from profiting from deaths .
He said that atleast apne bachhe ko 18 ke baad ache buisness me lagaunga
so basically they have a meal per death? at least they don't have to pay for junk food
In Hindusiam a Person Birth to Death evrything is celibration ....
Sabko fayda hota hai aurrr uswakt ye sab ek economey ka jaria tha ...
Nimesh Ganatra true
Ye kaisi economy thi ki safaayi krne waale bhangi ko laat ghuunse aur gandagi failane waale Brahman ko khana milta tha

In India mostly people eat by their hand. And there is nothing wrong in this. This is the most natural way to eat.
amit thats nothing to be proud of...infection and germs...thats why so many disease are spread.
+Amit sharma true
When you eat with your hands, the flora in the fingers is swallowed. It is beneficial for health and for various body parts such as the mouth, throat, and intestine, and it promotes healthy digestion in the gut. As mentioned above handling food with your fingers releases digestive juices and enzymes.
I am a bhraman and this is awful but people should stop generalising us we are one of the most poor and hard working sect after reservation
i have a one word for that Blind faith
what is that word?
If soo than believing in unseen untouchable god is too blind faith.
Circumcising the penis and vagina is an act of blind faith too.
Ritual of praying God 5 times is too a blind faith. As science totally discard the fact of so called God.
Will u be atheist ? No you ll not.
So brother don't criticise another one's ritual.
Broad your mind. Thanku

I think that's why thier is system for reservation brahmins earn in this way and dalits earn by hard work ( best treatment he reservation to )
Please listen debate of Zakir Naik
Bro it's just superstition Nothing else. It is the problem we Indians are facing from thousands of years. It's all bullshit
Your idea is good but look at those comments people calling Brahmins scammers ,chor and looters of india...who wants to be judged..... definitely not me but I love my culture and I am following it daily basis....I am sad though after going through these comments
Toh untouchables ka kaam tu apne pariwar se karwale gandu hindu dharm ki faltu rituals. Tum brahmano ka kaam hi free ka khana h
