For photo editing I would look for 8-bit or 10 bit depth. This monitor has 6. A higher bit depth allows the monitor to display more colors, which should be useful for photo editing.

How can I access the settings? Its icon appears in front of me, but I cannot click on it, and its color is not completely white like the rest of the options. Do I have to connect the HDMI cable to the monitor for the settings to work?
For color accuracy you should look into "Panel bit depth". This one has a bit depth of 6, there are displays with 8 and 10. On a budget I'd try to find an IPS monitor with 8 bit depth. Also check the "Color Gamut" of the monitors.

Whereas this LG monitor is giving 100Hz So is there any benefit to go with LG monitor or buy the cheapest Acer sa240y or middle ha240y since both are offering same features except the color and design of the monitors.

LG Monitors are usually quite good in terms of image quality, I don't think there is any reason to doubt the website.

There are two settings that can cause that to happen:
"SMART ENERGY SAVING" at "General" menu.
"DFC" at "Picture" menu.
Quick question, does it come with a hdmi cable that gives 100hz?
Yes and yes. I checked it with the UFO online test, all good with 100 Hz and the original HDMI cable.

That's a normal thing if the display is very old (way past warranty), not on a new one.

How about UFO ghosting test for this monitor? I'm considerding buying between 24MR400B and the Viewsonic VA2432-H, MSI Pro MP251 for AAA games
At 100 Hz 720 pixels/second it is fine. Anything above that you will notice some blur.

There is an application from the LG website that you can download and control the screen settings from the computer

Have the same problem with other LG-monitors. It is how it is.
It comes with an audio output so when speakers or headphones are plugged in, the volume can be adjusted 😊
