As you mentioned, asking for dinner does not comes under POSH. One of my friend, her boss asks her to go for dinner every noe or than, she has already cleared that she can go for lunch but could not come in evening party or dinner. His manager is openly telling her that he will consider the hike as per that and also that he ll not consider her for promotion. Now please make this clear, this comes under POSH or not.
Although video is good but at many places it is said harrasment to women. Why? Are men not harrassed? Giving the idea of sexual favours to men and then leave after their work is done is not harrasment?? For details watch from @23:00 And I will report this video now on the basis of gender discrimination to men.(although i know no action will be taken).
Please don't take it in negative way.Whoever made this video please understand this is not a ncert problem or business problem or SOCIATY problem.All these steps you mentioned above is necessary but Please look at it as a human problem,look deep inside the human mind why he is doing such a thing.Everyone know what is harassment but when they do such an act they forget or i say they are hijacked by their HORMONES AND COMPULSIVENESS. May be due to fear of law or punishment they don't do this in public but it's in their mind what will you do about that.And if you want solution for any kind means any kind of problem either business related or life related or society related whatever it is you just see this visionary HUMAN SADHGURU. And don't judge me because of my english..........................

The word used in POSH Act is " aggrieved women". How therefore a man' s harassment by a female colleague falls within POSH Act.
