I live and work in Canada. I went through 1 year of Sexual harassments, bullying, harassments, retaliation and discrimination with my previous employer. I file complains with HR and they said they would investigate it, but nothing became of it. This was my full-time job and my only means of income, and I was injured on the job, so I was on W.S.I.B (workplace safety and insurance board) who was taking care of my Physio Therapy sessions....etc and on top of that I was dismiss from my job, because I couldn't work the way I use to anymore, so I was useless. Some may say, why didn't you get a Lawyer and fight your employer, it's easier said than done. Lawyers are hours in Canada, so I would have to pay $300+ for consultation + $300+ hours. In USA Lawyers are flexible and they work on contingencies, hours.....etc It's tough being a victim and it's tough going up against cooperations.
and you men....wait, before I continue will you confirm you are a man, and not a boy? the definition of a boy, you ask? a male of any age living with mommy
This IS relevant: I am MALE, Japanese-American, born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Since 2002, I have adopted a "For work-related matters, of course be cordial and respectful to women. But, for NON work related matters, I basically have a "quiet, reserved and bashful" approach. I've NEVER heard of a man being charged with sexual harassment, "for being too bashful around women, and being too quiet and reserved." Now, I'VE as a male, been possibly harassed. There was a married woman who WOULD ogle at me. (PREFACE! There is nothing wrong with being gay, bisexual or straight) There is a 5'0" Vietnamese 57 year old (in 2023) man in my office, who has been ogling me as he walks by, since he started working here in 2006. Even other people in the office have noticed that he ogles me. AND, this Vietnamese man, has a male domestic partner, who provides him with many nice things: Cruises, mortgage payments. How about he show some LOYALTY and FAITHFULNESS to his partner, and not have a wandering eye? Anybody's thoughts are welcome. What I wrote is truthful, to the best of MY knowledge and perspective.
do we honestly think that people of 2018 are going to adjust intantainiously....or lose your job.... and this isnt going to create distrust... the answer for men will be MGTOW and for women .... ?
You are not able to understand my comments ? do you not think the spelling and grammer are lower on the importance scale than the content? Perhaps you would comment on the content, or do you not understand the jist of my comments?
the only thing good about this video is the diversity of the actors, everything else is whining, complaining, criticizing, aquisitions, victim's stance
The best thing to do is not be born.
Or just treat others professionally.
Do not ask people out on dates at work... At All !!
It is Not The Place!!!
lots of people find their spouse at work.
Absolutely wrong. Its one of thee most common places, you just dont do it with a subordinate. When you ask if they say no you move along.

really ian, you need to proof read your posts before sending. Your posts are muddles of misspelled words and half sentences

I am saying your poor spelling and grammar obscure the content - I honestly have zero idea what it is you are attempting to communicate

Professional, get your job done, zone. Dip.
Sexual harassment is an unattractive man hitting on a woman at work
I don’t see why you watched this video, purely to undermine the validity of women being sexually harassed at work? You sound like part of the problem.
Black hair lady is FINE.
o so cool bich

Diversity is the only thing that matters in life and if you disagree, you're a saxaphone
