This is a great video on work training. Our behavior is very important in the workplace. Always be respectful and a responsible person. Never cross the line.
Found this because Randall was talking about these work training videos being early acting job. Mentioned it on the Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast.
Remaining silent when there is a problem and not reporting it is very wrong. Even if you're not liked, but making the right decisions is always the right thing to do.
I just watched this yesterday at my workplace after a bunch of sexual harassments kept happening and I can't even lie, it's pretty entertaining for a work video.
The woman was at fault clearly and this shows why men need to keep a distance from any personal interaction from women in the workplace and keep it very formal and documented.
Well idk how your workplace is but this happens quite a bit and it happened at a place I worked at for a year and 2 months and here's how it was. I worked at a warehouse called radial and busted my ass for them for all that time and the first few months were great actually. Everybody was getting along, everybody was happy and wanted to come in, and all the usual good stuff. About I'd say 5 or 7 months in, my boss started hiring team leads who didn't even work their way up or anything they just got hired on the spot, I didn't think much of it before but after a while I noticed this team lead wasn't doing anything and was getting on all the good workers nerves and starting getting along with all the bad ones. It got to the point where my former boss started doing the same thing and only enforced the workplace rules on me and a few others and kept trying to get us in trouble even though I had been following the rules for the whole time I was there for the most part. I then applied to team lead but they claimed I was late too many times before so they gave it to a girl who wasn't working that hard like I was and they made a lazy guy who harrased female coworkers on the daily a trainer and I couldn't believe it. I'm not sure why she was hired as a team lead, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if something else was going on because I heard rumors which I will say I don't know if they were true or not that she flirted with a lot of guys there. It made everybody in the building mad including me and the team leads and trainers constantly did a lot of bullshit and got away with it even though the supervisors literally saw them do it in front of their eyes. I even told my boss about what was going on and he said I was being too negative and need to let these people do their job. On my last day there, I saw the trainer guy harass some female bosses and the managers and supervisors were all there and they didn't even say anything and i snapped and walked out mid shift and never came back. My point is a lot of times when this stuff happens it makes everybody miserable and it either never gets reported or the upper management or whoever is supposed to deal with it dismiss it and I'm sure it has destroyed companies completely to the point where they go bankrupt.
@@sammorton9314 I am sorry about your situation. I am familiar with sexual harassment and sexual harassment videos. I was referring to the video is called "Respect in the workplace" and they took it all the way to sexual harassment. As if everything in between is ok. What about bullying? Just coming from a different perspective
@@angelajoybbMy guess is depending what kind of job this training video was made for, I would guess sexual harassment would be the most common lol. Don't get me wrong though, workplace bullying is a real thing not what it used to be but still a thing, but I would guess that happens a lot more in jobs where it's either all girls or all guys like a blue collar job or fast food job. Dunno about fast food so much been a while since I've worked there but being a blue collar guy (welder) yeah that's shit both happened to me before and I've seen it happen to other people and had to quit a few jobs because of that lol. But to the last part, I think the reason nothing happens next is cause a lot of times the shit doesn't get solved until things really start going very bad for the company, like obviously getting sued or losing a majority of workers. That's just what I think but idk lol

I found this video as a result of watching it first at my workplace and wanted to see it again.
This is a gripping, riveting show. I am hooked
I watched this at work today and thought...is that Asian Jim??? Lol. He's a great actor.
Also, I don't hear or acknowledge or remember rumors, nor will I ever answer in the positive that I heard any rumor
Yep, just had this in work training. It's actually pretty entertaining for work training! lol

Also, I keep all jokes at a 9 year old level, I pretend I don't understand adult level jokes.
Also, I make it clear that I don't go on outings involving Alchohol for religious reasons and just keep it all formal.
Here because of Randall Park on Conan Podcast!

She's hot ... So I guess I'm missing the point.
