I like the fact that the Su57 is modular you can create different platforms through it just like the Su27 was. It is going to be a force to be reckoned with for a very long time.
While Su-57 is an excellent airframe, I'm of the opinion that the modularity of that platform is still to be seen. Being a stealthy design, any modifications to the airframe would have to be followed by extensive radar observability testing. Su-27 platform, being an all-metal Gen-4 aircraft, had no such constraints, also being noticeably larger than Su-57. Su-57 also hasn't been declared as a common platform to be modified into different types of aircraft, unlike the T-75 Checkmate project which already had been "sort of" claimed to have at least a drone version possible. You should consider F-35 and F-22 bad as military porjects, not as aircraft. As aircraft, they're actually pretty good. And the stealth capabilty of properly maintained F-22/F-35 is insane if we are talking about targeting the plane (it is still easy to detect). It is substantially harder to accurately guide AA missiles at them, which increases survivabilty by a lot. In reality the F-22 is their 5th gen air superiority fighter and was released almost 20 years before the Russian 5th gen fighters. The F-35 can be acquired cheaper than some other western 4,5 gen fighters by now. It cost more to use if you're just flying around in it in peace. Ever notice how the F22's performance on paper, is proven in actual flight tests, with video. Not to mention public displays of capabilities. While the 57 is on paper, amazing. Yet all, anyone has ever seen it do is taxi? Unconfirmed reports of it just flying A to B in Ukraine do not mean much. So its a "contender"?
I remember hearing that thing about the glass replacing the RAM material on the outside a long time ago. The Russians were experimenting with 3D printed cockpit shields and noticed that the 3D printed glass was highly stealthy, do they decided to use it on the whole aircraft. I remember that every time I see Americans beating their chest about the Su-57 not having RAM coating.
OK so in which combat missions was the SU-57 involved and how many planes did it shoot down or how many ground targets did it destroy, how many sorties did it fly? This video tells us nothing about the performance of the SU-57.
Ты то что в министерстве обороны этих стран?не хотят! Да это мы не хотим😂ясно, самолёт на порядок лучше американских,впрочем как и наши ракеты,и танки это подтвердила наша СВО ваша техника фекалии😂
Ok so, the Chinese J-20 is reported by taiwanese radar operators to have a radar cross section of 3m², the Su-57 has been said to have a radar cross section of 0.1m², the Su-57 is significantly stealthier than the J-20, the Su-57 is closer to being 5th generation than China's stealth jet, China doesn't want the Su-57 because they won't be allowed to legally produce a cheap knockoff in their own borders The Su-57 also wasn't designed to be an instant leap into stealth, it was designed as a transitional aircraft, it's the brige between Russia switching from producing 4th aircraft to producing 5th gen aircraft Like it or not it's 5th gen, it's just not as stealthy as an American 5th generation aircraft
100 times more visible to radar than an F35. No one wants to buy the crap. India paid $300 million to be part of the project and withdrew when the first prototypes were built (first one crashed). Only a few built so far, has not crossed the border into Ukraine. Possibly has fired a missile from Russia. Russia has started to cover up the numbers on the side of the aircraft so it is not possible to tell how few have been built. Cannot be built in large numbers without overseas sales to support a full scale production. Not a single order so far. But I must admit, it looks absolutely beautiful
Weirdly is not even Russian ground troops have reported seeing an SU-57 fly over. Only news sources who are citing each other or the famously unbiased, not a Russia government channel at all, Russia Today.
SU57 is so advanced against the US 5th generation jets. Things that SU57 is equipped with as far as avionics and weapons and engines are most likely going tog to be even far advanced then what US 6th generation fighter jet is trying to match. Now can you imagine how far ahead in technology is the up coming Russian 6th generation hypersonic MIG 141 is going to be compared to the US 6th generation that is barely trying to compete with the Russian 5th generation SU57.
F-22 and F-35 are better than the SU-57. SU-57 has the same radar cross-section as an F-18 which makes it no better than a 4th gen fighter. It also cannot hold internal weapons which makes its even less stealthy as missiles have to be carried on external rails. The air-intake on the front of the place makes it less stealthy, the targeting system on the front of the cockpit negates even more stealth capabilities. Thrust vectoring is useless because against other 5th gen fighters, they will engage the SU-57 before even making visual confirmation. The SU-57 is a 4th gen fighter made up to be better than it actually is. The Russian 5th gen program has failed and will probably never succeed with the current situation with Ukraine sapping all their military budget.

The best of the best 💪
Can it take on a balloon though???
Rothschild left the chat
This is pretty much bs it is a 4 gen fighter with the rxs as a superhornet
worse than superhornet lmao
The main thing is that the target would cost more than the missile itself.
Rissian MOD certainly knows SU-57 characteristics.
Propaganda at its finest. 😂😂😂
Russia Su-57 is the best Aircraft in the World. This is the facto. They big esperienze about Militare Plane......
😂🤡
👆💩
Dommage que ça ne soit pour le moment qu'un prototype 🤣🤣🤣🤣
RELA
LoL
calling that crap stealthy is a bit of a stretch
😆🤣
Delivered on time? 😂😂😂😂 only 4 can fly 😂 and it’s nowhere near 5th generation. India and China don’t even want it
Ты то что в министерстве обороны этих стран?не хотят! Да это мы не хотим😂ясно, самолёт на порядок лучше американских,впрочем как и наши ракеты,и танки это подтвердила наша СВО ваша техника фекалии😂
👉@Sebby6666🐷
Ok so, the Chinese J-20 is reported by taiwanese radar operators to have a radar cross section of 3m², the Su-57 has been said to have a radar cross section of 0.1m², the Su-57 is significantly stealthier than the J-20, the Su-57 is closer to being 5th generation than China's stealth jet, China doesn't want the Su-57 because they won't be allowed to legally produce a cheap knockoff in their own borders
The Su-57 also wasn't designed to be an instant leap into stealth, it was designed as a transitional aircraft, it's the brige between Russia switching from producing 4th aircraft to producing 5th gen aircraft
Like it or not it's 5th gen, it's just not as stealthy as an American 5th generation aircraft
🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
100 times more visible to radar than an F35. No one wants to buy the crap. India paid $300 million to be part of the project and withdrew when the first prototypes were built (first one crashed). Only a few built so far, has not crossed the border into Ukraine. Possibly has fired a missile from Russia. Russia has started to cover up the numbers on the side of the aircraft so it is not possible to tell how few have been built. Cannot be built in large numbers without overseas sales to support a full scale production. Not a single order so far. But I must admit, it looks absolutely beautiful
Ты хрюшка Вася?
Hows the f22 working out for ya😂
Не завидуй, фрик 😂😂😂
yes, you're a storyteller😊 Russia Doesn't Make Bad Weapons😊
Там талибы со старым РПГ заждались ваших стелс, и f22😂
THIS IS A FAILURE PROJECT.....THERE ARE ONLY 5, AND ARE 4GEN WITH OLD ENGINGES...DON´T LIE.
If you want to be more convincing, press Caps
I think Russia have 20 already
19 Combat Jets, 2 demonstrators. 8 cobat variants have been fitted with the new 2nd stage engines. The Russian MOD just orderd another 40.
Old fashioned, useless
хорошая попытка, богдан, мы почти поверили
Like the f22 when it meets s-400 or s-500 lol 😂
👉@bogdannemes1995💩
It’s not true
😂Just wait to see stage 2 engine in 2024
What, you forgot to take your pills and you're hallucinating again?
Say it isn’t so pa ): lol
1st 5th gen in the world that was used in real war, not against shepherds in sandals.
Weirdly is not even Russian ground troops have reported seeing an SU-57 fly over. Only news sources who are citing each other or the famously unbiased, not a Russia government channel at all, Russia Today.
Fun fact the SU-57 is the first 5th gen to be destroyed by enemy munitions.
Then why are thay not being flown in Ukraine if there so advanced 🤔 🤷 🙄 😕
@@darylglover7037they arent trying
@@USAshouldbetrayNATO that's because if it was used in Ukraine and shot down it would make it hard to sell.
