Remember that DIO has very limited capability to merely STOP time. He also only has a few sets of knives. Sakuya, on the other hand, has very high control over time AND some space manipulation as well. She can stop, slow, or speed up time, for example. Dio has 10 seconds of stopped time, Sakuya has infinite if she isn't limited by spell card rules (in which dio wouldn't abide by, meaning Sakuya would not be obligated to follow them either) Sakuya also uses her space manipulation to get more knives, so Dio is also outknived here. Dio's only upper hand would be vampiric strength and stand power, which sakuya wouldn't be able to perceive Stands as she does not possess one (at least, not to our knowledge...) however Sakuya has very good battle iq and would definitely figure out that this "invisible thing that is punching me" has a short range and she would just stick to long range attacks until Dio's time stop runs out. Sakuya DESTROYS Dio. Low diff due to Dio's few upper hands, but dio would quicky be overwhelmed by Sakuya's power once she figures out Dio's capabilities. Also yes you would be correct in saying knives would be flying everywhere. They would be mostly from Sakuya.

Theoretically, in touhou "canon" Meiling is actually a true martial arts master, in Hand to hand combat shes INSANELY strong. Problem, Spellcard rules. Meilings Martial Arts translate really, really badly. Which means, shes considered pretty weak just because of the rules. Without them she'd be much stronger.

That’s the whole reason why he rejected his humanity and his whole beef with the Joestars, and once he lost to Johnathan he became delusion when a man he saw as weak, not hardworking and immature beat him when it was kinda the opposite way, Johnathan trained his Hammom and beat DIO who used a mask to get all his powers. Then in part 3 he enacted his revenge, now I think there’s a good reason on why DIO used literal babies to fight the Joestars, not everyone can be stand users, and plus this baby nearly beat the crusaders so he wasn’t useless. Like to also mention how ruthless he is by just all the bad things he did. He’s basically an egoistical and cocky sociopath and the fight with Jotaro really shows that. He constantly misuses the chances he has and when he loses, it shows his cockiness and his hatred to the Joestars that clouds his mind. Oho you would be WAY beyond jojo. Sakuya is among the most powerful human character in touhou, only rivaled by the likes of the other human protagonists like Reimu, Marisa, and Sanae. Dio can only stop time for 10 seconds. Sakuya has no limit as long as spell card rules do not apply. If she fights an opponent who refuses to abide by said spell card rules (most likely a character from another series who ends up in Gensokyo and meets Sakuya by chance, and chooses to fight her) she would be able to stop time indefinitely. Keep in mind that Touhou characters are just insanely overpowered. Even the weaker characters are still very VERY strong when compared to other fictional characters.
@@thepanman674busted ability against busted ability, they usually don't win. But most series don't have busted abilities. They give their characters physical limits, which don't seem to be a thing in Touhou. E.g. Beerus probably bodies Flan but Sakuya equally bodies Dio

DIO in part 3 was pretty good when he is talking to his agents half-naked, doing his own stuff. Unfortunately, in the end while fighting Jotaro he was talking most of the time, which ended up not really good for him.

Oho you would be WAY beyond jojo. Sakuya is among the most powerful human character in touhou, only rivaled by the likes of the other human protagonists like Reimu, Marisa, and Sanae.
Dio can only stop time for 10 seconds. Sakuya has no limit as long as spell card rules do not apply. If she fights an opponent who refuses to abide by said spell card rules (most likely a character from another series who ends up in Gensokyo and meets Sakuya by chance, and chooses to fight her) she would be able to stop time indefinitely.
Keep in mind that Touhou characters are just insanely overpowered. Even the weaker characters are still very VERY strong when compared to other fictional characters.

But most series don't have busted abilities. They give their characters physical limits, which don't seem to be a thing in Touhou.
E.g. Beerus probably bodies Flan but Sakuya equally bodies Dio
