- A few tips and tricks for creating a functional living space with less.
I don't own a lot of stuff in the first place, which helps, but these tips can be used for any home. Or maybe it is your time to finally tackle the clutter.

I already do the trick with the DVD's. In their cases they take up so much useful space it's a lot better to chuck the cases and just slip them into a holder -saves so much space

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!!!! This is exactly the type of apartment I would love to have if I should move to NYC to go to NYU for grad school. I have a cat too and couldn't possibly leave my baby behind (mine would like the perch you have behind the floral chair in the living room (LOVE THAT CHAIR) so he could look out the window when he's not sleeping. Right now my fiancé, dog and I live in a micro studio 160sqft I have a kitchen tub and toilet. It’s great for us. It comes with everything internet cable electricity water and trash for only 725 for everything. Suppose to be $700 but we pay a rent fee $25 for my dog. Good little spot
You could have a loft bed and store more underneath the bed. Couldn't see how high your ceilings were but depending on that you could even have sitting area under it. As seen at IKEA.

People think they need more room, guess what you Don't..... this size place is all 1 or 2 people need, and a garage as a bonus is important for the storage of lifetime accumulated items, motorcycle, tools, etc...

Very cute and homey apartment. It's well planned for storage. Plenty big enough to even add another kitty roommate for your fur baby. I have a small apartment with cats. They sleep 17/24 hours a day and the rest of the time love to wander around and sit on the windowsill.
Mine is half the size ! I have a little framed print when you walk through the door that says 'live tiny' and I do xo.

I didn't think it was horrible BUT I would NOT like living with the cat's litter box right next to the couch, I would NEVER get comfortable with that.

Pets make places more comfortable and happy. The products available nowadays (similar to sand) avoid any smell. Cleaning is the most important thing in small spaces, for humans and pets

I like it a lot. Every time I'm in Hong Kong I stay in a guest house like that.
But would rather have washer/dryer instead of the extra bathroom.
My very first apartment it was nice at first to walk to the pool area to do laundry but got old quick.

people keep asking about the rent then being surprised. everyone should know ny is expensive and about supply and demand. a better question is, what's so gosh darn good about NY that makes people want to go there and pay high cost of living prices.

That's a cute place. That's probably all you would need for 1 person. More space means more junk ( clutter). The only problem I would have is in the bathroom, it looks kind of tight getting to the toilet. Do your knees hit the vanity in front of it????

It is so cute and small! I miss NYC! It is great for single person, Bach. Pad or college student lives in a small apartment. Not so great for family suite. Awesome job!

Aimee Santos Munroe get a big apartment ya your going to pay a lot of money but you can. Nyc does not just have small apartments we have big too its just a lot of money for a 2 and 3 bedroom and that is a good size
of course for example, pricey like 1,000 dollars or above. People needs to look for cheap one which is not easy to find somewhere...not so safe neighborhood.=(
I'd pay 1k+ for this apartment if it's close to NYU and for the charm itself (love the brick and the wood window frames) and being a minimalist me and my cat would be very happy here!
All you peeps complaining about the cats litter box , well I put my 🐈 s litter box in the bathroom, after all it's for smells and we all smell when we go to toliet, so the cat can go in the bathroom in her litter box and make smells after I spray with fabriz and it smell good

and all they need is love and food ,. The cat is fine she a city cat
Cats are different than dogs they are independent and can leap to different places in the room and have their own cat fun,and they can go to cat box for their business,. Now a dog is different it's like a child being left alone it will be depressed in such a small apartment and waiting to go outside to do it's business, well you dog lovers ,you know what I mean

I just have something question what inches of your side bed because mine my bed dinin't fit for my room and i put my bed side of my mirror and the inhes of my bed is 78 and the back of my bed is 75 my wall so small but i love your room i like i.

It depends. I work in costumes,so it is much easier for me to get work than, say, an actor, but most people on the technical side of theatre get pretty consistent work. They are very hard-working and dedicated to their craft, as well as being very smart and competent.
There is no place for time-wasters in theatre.
Be nice if the cost of rent was added.
