Throwing a banana in front of Sierra's car to get her to spin out of control ala Mario Kart is nothing short of INSPIRED and it's a shame IOI didn't include that as an easter egg. Maybe hide a banana in an obscure corner of the map just for this purpose.
For Miami, an easier method would have been to have robert come out onto the balcony (their are various methods to do that) and then knock him out with the banana as Sierra drives underneath. Unless it's hard-coded that you have to *push* robert down there, he should fall onto sierra's car and kill them both.
You can make Robert fall off but he wouldn't kill Sierra unless you pushed him at a certain time so it would kill Robert but not Sierra if Robert was knocked out with the banana and fell off
For Serria Knox, theres a story mission where all you need to do is get the flamingo outfit and do that story mission, and she will stand infront of a big pit that you could hit her into with a banana. If I recall correctly you can do this all with just the banana.

You can easily kill Robert Knox if you "hack" his satellite (if i'm not wrong you need a keycard, if you don't want to shoot it), he will check it and stay on the ledge, so easy push, which also you can hit her car, so double banana kill.
In Miami, there's an opportunity kill on the Kronstadt balcony where Robert Knox will come check his laptop/satellite transmitter and you can slip him off the balcony, where he falls onto Sierra's car... killing them both!

That’s what I was thinking because he said no where but the pier has a deadly fall but I can think of a few spots that can kill with a drop
