Let’s go!!!!!!! My brother. Man. Such amazing people here. Meeting Mark in person is an experience you never forget. And you quickly see why he and Nsima run the podcast together. SuperKIND, SuperSTRONG, in a world of super weak jerks. And Fern is the same. 🙌
I instantly think of Barry Sanders when it comes to flexibility and strength. He was able to move in all planes so well as as well as get away from defenders.
“Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8
Even the Bible understood that capable bodies are great servant bodies, yet Works done with the wrong heart yields sour fruits and in modern times, people have gotten away from performance and usefulness towards worshiping aesthetics (of themselves and others)
@@ericmalitzno! Don't be one of those people that narrows yourself into a kult-like camp like you are doing here telling me to get within that training one protocol and to be there only. F outta here. If you are willing to neglect doing things on your flat foot, like shrimp squats pistol squats back squats front squats zombie squads zercher squats split squats and regular step-ups because that one specific protocol only suggests reverse step ups and atg split squats, you're going to be missing out severely. Thanks for creating a Dogma when that's not what Ben was aiming for 👎 👎 👎
@@ericmalitzI train just about every protocol out there, and the gym should not be your life, the gym should supplement the way you function in life. It's okay just stay in the shot glass and form a tiny little club around 1 discipline, but me, I'd rather have the whole table. L

Great to see Fernando. Came to this vid after seeing a fueledbyfern short.
Great points made by Fern about balance.

Rollers are superior to benches when it comes to single leg squats
Do ATG (full range) split squats instead.
