This is a masterclass in mobility. As a fellow PT I have such appreciation for Kelly’s down to earth approach and application for everyday people and pro athletes. Thanks for bringing this to us Mark and Co.

Absolutely gold. Cannot believe this doesn’t have a million views at least. Every thing Kelly gives is so from the heart and he’s the ultimate professional. As a soft tissue therapist for over 20 years, he’s top of the food chain in manual therapy world, for me. ✨

I’ve been learning so much since I ever came across the knee guy videos and marks podcast guests of educational rom topics !! Ever since heard about them I became a conscious pro in finding pain on my body that I never knew I had over the yrs playing basketball! I’m 43 yrs I still play today with about 50 percent less pain then what I use walk around with . From toes to neck I use bands , isometrics , breathing and light weights n now I kinda know how bodybuilding works . I’m building muscle more then all my years I work out before from better control safe and isolated movements and muscle to failure workouts. I now love to workout and strive to build and help others do the same . paying attention to your own body is 🔑 being conscious to what is happening on every rep that you do. Thanks guys for these educational videos !! 🙏🏻🙏🏻👌🏼👌🏼

you should propagate this information about good health to your peers, friends and family. literally no one outside of enthusiasts know about this, and literally everyone is terribly misinformed about health

Great video. Full of good information. Good pain from doing a set to failure is so loved. Bad pain from a old injury is so unwanted. I've always said bad pain reminds us we are only human. But damn I don't need that to remind me!😂

Education is all about applicable rhetoric and the vocabulary to utilize it. When you’re listening to a literal master jedi sometimes you’re going to have to listen a couple times in order to really allow the wisdom to sink in.

What do u think about bench press parties? I got the whole gym drunk, we did 1rm's & 225 for max reps. It was a lot of fun. The video is on my channel.
