So from reading up online..this guy (Jaspal Sandhu) was jailed in April 2006 for a total of 6 years for kidnapping another Sikh guy with an accomplice. They held the man for 2 hours, handcuffed him, beat him including with a machete and demanded he pay 40k. He paid 6k. Although he refused to give evidence in court, police had a video of the torture.
And then in 2011, I assume it’s the same guy was shot in the leg with a double barrel, when a gang from Birmingham came to his house (then living in Crawley,Essex) to shot him after being paid £500 to do so.
When injection was attacked he went to the police for help, then gave evidence to help convict the perpetrators. Also the man he blackmailed was a disabled family man who was a turbaned Sikh from India.
