Use a hair dryer on low setting to soften the plastic. It will turn out easier. Be careful.

This can be made with any type of vinyl fabric. Just take care with the thickness of it. If the glitter vinyl is quite heavy it will be difficult to work with.

Most any fabric store should carry it. I got mine at Joann's.

What gauge is the vinyl you use here?

I believe that I used 16 gauge but you could use a lighter gauge. I wouldn't go heavier than that.
