I have a method of grip and forearm e exercise I've been doing since I was really young. My grandpa taught me this. Starting in gymnastics as my first sport from when I was 3 on up. This was an essential workout and paid off. He basically took a piece of dowel about the size of a broom handle, drilled a hole big enough the run cord through. Put about a foot on to start and tied a weight on the other end. I would roll it up opening my fingers all the way, full extension. Then I would roll it down. Not letting it slide though. That's cheating. You gotta go back down slower holding the weight. As I got older the cord got longer and the weight heavier. Do this as long as you can. I never did reps or sets. I just did it and my forearms are jacked still to this day. I havnt done it in many years and I turn 40 in July. I like yours videos I just found you 10 minutes ago.
I have been kind of all over the place as far as exercises, but mostly focus on various steel bending exercises lately. I will try to put something together. Thank you for watching.
Im 14 and i want to purchase 1 of those THINGIES that you squish to build up grip so i was wondering where do you purchase them amd how mutch do they cost (30lb and 40lb)

Just gave it a try with a CoC .5 and a 5lb Olympic plate and it was pretty tough but I don't think I did well at the time on it though
nice bro! just tried the 150lbs seems cool and durable check it out if y want! gonna buy the 200 one cause the 150 got too easy ( 25-30 reps)

I'll have to try this one does it matter what plate Olympic or standard I might try for a 5 pound standard on video
Do it! I couldn't find my 5 pound plates, or I may have tried it as well. Look forward to it!
