Sorry for the lack of gaming tests, I had a clip of CSGO running about 20 FPS 720p low settings. Didn't make the final edit due to poor audio crackle on it (My audio jack is shot). But it's not like you missed much, this is not good at gaming. With the stock TDP it's slow, with 9W TDP it hit 90 degrees c so will need a heatsink mod of sorts. I bought two EZBook 3 Pro all due to your review. It is an amazing budget-friendly beast! I'm watching your videos using it. Seeing the review makes me sad as Jumper can come up with a great device compared to Teclast and Chuwi but decided to release this sorry excuse for a laptop.

Nice to still see laptop with (semi)matte screen. Thought in this case it makes more sense, for me, to buy something like xps13 for 3 times the price. Kinda pricey for Chinese laptop.

This laptop reminds me of my Packard Bell N1400BK, from 2016. This machine has way better specs than the N1400BK, sold by Southern Telecom. I wonder how many parts are interchangeable.
Giving this a thumbs up because I love your videos and wanna support the channel but I cannot support Jumper EZ laptops. I bought one , the EZ book 3 and aside from it being slowish which I had no problem with the track pad was just horrible but I got a mouse to overcome that but why I would not recommend jumper products is that I got a Windows update that bricked my laptop right now I have a paper weight sigh
still waiting some new core M tablets/laptops. Especially new version of Cube thinker or teclast f6 pro

Happy to see that it is an IPS screen, but seriously, the Jumper X4 (ips version) was much more beautiful with the metal body and that keyboard layout with backlight, sadly they no longer sell that model. :/

Hello, im writing to you this comment from a EZBOOK S4, i bought it in january 2020, after 6 months of use, i can only say that its a nice computer for work, writing, school, watching a series or movie, the only issue that im facing now is that sometimes its start to freeze, i dont know if its from the computer or from windows 10, but its freezing 10 times a day, the computer starts to bug even if im not using too much apps, ( in general its facebook + youtube music and word ) i formated the computer twice and still bugging, is any of you found a solution for this freeze ? im really desperate because this is the only issue i found

Oh yeah definitely reviewed it, Core i5 7Y54 is the claimed "new" version from some websites, it went out of stock for a while. Now it's back. Nothing new at all. My review: ruclips.net/video/keZEMqz61cU/видео.html

Try looking for a Ryzen 5 2500U laptop; they usually go fairly cheap and it's around the same CPU performance as the 8250U.

That's disappointing, they could have scored a home run with their track record in the pass, but this is just a miss. I don't even know what kind of market Jumper was targeting with this.
Doesn't really make much sense, they give us the 8GB of RAM sure but cut many corners to do so. Teclast will have the F7 Plus soon, it's basically lapbook SE with 8GB of RAM, from the same ODM. So that will be the new champ.

me too, disappointed... The weight was good but the brightness is too low and if I buy this is to bring it around and less than 250 nits is too uncomfortable for me (maybe not for everyone)

This one I think, but mines on the way: techtablets.com/teclast-x6/ looks very promising. Core M3 + 12.6" fully laminated screen and type-c keyboard. Plus stylus support.

They Review was great Chris but this laptop is a disappointment compared to the Lapbook SE and the Teclast F5. But I am looking forward to the Teclast F7 Plus Review!!!!
This laptop does not aging well. First i was satisfied with it, but now 8 months later, i am really not. The battery is dying, it shots down at random times, and when i try to turn back on it won't be able unless i plug the charger, and than i see that the battery level is 30% or 40% or even 60+%. And it really not performing well when it is plugged to the charger, i guess because of the heating, because i can feel that is getting hot on that area next to where i connect the charger.
bought a Ezbook 3 pro for USD190 from China last week. Acceptable but the 64GB SSD from BIWIN is not fast.
Overall I would pick 3 pro over this because of the big price difference, despite it only has 6GB DDR3 ram and N3450.

Lowest settings yes, but with the stock 6W TDP it's very poor at gaming.

It does, probably in high (I played a lot in a laptop with an i5 4th gen, it was only a 2cores 4 threads processor, including fallout 3/new Vegas in high), but I be worried for the temperatures, I think it just have a copper heat sink, without any fan

if only they had made the motherboard wider and shorter, with a bigger battery and 10 plus hours of battery life there might still be some saving grace for this notebook
I know right they could have put a much larger battery in this. Imagine a 60Wh one. Could be a 14 hour + laptop.
nice review but false advert, SSD probably means *standard snail drive* to the chinese mfg.
Its not false advertising, SSD is a generic term. eMMC has no moving parts which makes it a solid state drive.
im not saying that this kind of marketing isn't somewhat deceptive (like all marketing is to some degree), but to go as far as to claim its false advertising is simply incorrect by definition. And yes everyone in the tech world knows the general meaning of SSD but they also know that these cheap Chinese laptops always have eMMC drives, Those type of marketing pages are for the general public who would have no idea what an eMMC drive is and for the most part wouldn't even notice the difference anyway.

Bought and after 6 months he is literally dead !! It was not possible to repair it. I contact the seller on Ebay and he informs me that they are out of warranty and offers me a 20% refund. I write 5 emails to the jumper but they did not deign to reply, while the seller chased by Ebay and PayPal to whom I had reported the matter decides to refund everything. I found the jumper's indifference really irritating. Be wary of Chinese things, they are cheap and cheap.

Bonehead move putting the pipe-backslash key |\ in the wrong place. What's with these idiots, don't they know what a standard keyboard layout is? Total annoyance for programmers and Linux users. The Chuwi has it in the correct place.
Plastic, lying about ssd drive. Emmc instead. And then dealing with gearbest when they give you the wrong product or a broken product try using the warranty it's almost useless. It's a hard pass.
