I’m still finishing Assistant To The Viallan so I didn’t join the live discussion but I’m really loving it. I put it off for a long time so I’m glad it’s the book we picked. I can’t wait to read the second book 🎂!
I had a good September for reading. Some favorites include Across the Blue by Carrie Turansky, A Crown that Lasts by Demi Tebow, The Book Swap by Tessa Bickers and Lies He told me by James Patterson
🎂I think I had a similar consensus regarding Up from Dust: I enjoyed it but it's not a new favorite. And unfortunately my library (and their apps) didn't have Foe. I'm trying to cut back on buying books because I've bought waaaay too many this year so my library is becoming my best friend at the moment. I will have to look for Foe whenever I decide to start buying more books again.
It sounds like you read a lot of wonderful books. My favorite reads in September are Furever After by Sofie Kelly (Magical Cats Book 16) and Bell, Book, and Corpses (Nick and Nora Mysteries Book 7) by TC LoTempio. These are two of my favorite cozy mystery series of all time. 🎂🎁
I love Assistant to the Villain! I also enjoyed Apprentice to the Villain, although I missed getting her point of view as much. (It is more from the Villain's point of view.)
My favorite book in September was New Moon! I love watching you talk about your 5 star reads❤ Your excitement can't be beat!
Thanks, Shellee! 🥰

I can’t wait to get to the sweater weather series ❤
So many good reads!! ❤️
I love your pumpkin banner ❤
Thanks for the wrap up! I read The Night Librarian middle grade graphic novel. I liked it but thought it could have been slightly shorter.
I also liked Assistant to the Villain a lot🤩🎂
I can’t wait to read Just Don’t Fall and Assistant to the Villain!
I hope you love them both! ☺️💕
I've heard of Assistant to the villian! I should keep an eye out for it! X
It was so cute! But it also feels weird to say that because there’s severed heads and violence at times. Cozy fantasy is a weird genre. 😂

My sister just read Just Don’t Fall , and gave it 4 stars. I need to read it!!

I really liked assistant to the villain….i need to get book 2!!!
Me too! I think I’m gonna save it for the new year after all my holiday reads. ☺️
Favorite September read was "The Spellshop" by Sarah Beth Durst.
🧁 My favorite in Sept was The Nightingale - but I had multiple 5 stars. I read a lot of Historical this month and they are my fave! 😊
I’m glad you read a lot of what you love! ☺️

I always love your cozy recommendations! 😊
@@ABookLikeYou Yay! I hope I can convince you to try a few new series. 😻
You re read a lot of books! I’m shook 😂
What’s funny is that is not the norm for me! I’ve done it twice this year. 😆
Cherry pie or die ❤
My fav book I read was “A Monster Calls” ❤
No surprise there ❤️
I literally HAVE to get to Just Don’t Fall 😅
Is it on your TBR? 😆
