If a man meets a woman that he finds attractive and SHE is being needy for him, he will rarely lose attraction for her because of it.

This is such a powerful video, Dan. For me, I become needy when I start obsessing over a girl at my work, who I therefore see everyday, and when I don't have enough social interactions with other women during that time. So it's super important for me to either not work alongside attractive girls, or to have enough going on in my social life where I meet other women as well.
The real challenge you face is to keep your expectations in check when you work with attractive girls.
You’ve got the right idea by making sure you have other things going on but it’s not really a hindrance to work alongside pretty girls. I’d consider it good practice to flirt and discipline yourself with the amount of attraction you want to make them feel.

16:40 I've been talking with a woman who simply does not understand the natural pace of intimacy. I only connected on Facebook to be casual friends. She sent me paragraphs and screens of stories about her exes, her childhood, her work (exactly what was shown in the graphic), bragging about herself, etc.
I muted her and distanced myself from her (and occasionally acted up myself out of frustration). She became insane, hurling a wide range of insults and psychoanalyzing me. Then becoming very nice. I had enough and told her I wouldn't be tolerating the high/low cycles anymore. I don't even hate her. I just don't want to waste emotional currency on her.
It's a good example of what I'm NEVER going to do, or anything close to it.

Way to go, Dan! I didn't already know that saying sorry a lot to a woman is considered needy. I just thought saying sorry a lot to her is a way of being genuinely nice and polite, but I can definitely see why it's a turn off due to a fear of disapproval. When he's confident and not worried about needing her approval, then he can "go with the flow" with her. It makes me want to boost my confidence with attractive women and also use playfully challenging humor instead of saying sorry in mild cases! I got a question. What do you think is a great way to start an interaction when in a loud bar or music venue? I personally have trouble starting a conversation with women in those places. If there's a DJ playing loud dance music in the bar, I've thought about using a situational conversational starter commenting about the music or song. However, if she's dancing and she's most likely single, I'm not sure if I should gently tap her shoulder or arm and start dancing with her or talk to her first. I guess this goes back to the whole confidence thing. What are your thoughts on this?

About the loud club question you added (BTW: Just hit reply and add a new comment in future - makes it easier to have a back and forth): Just use a standard one in most cases, "Hey" or, "Hey, how are you?" with confidence and a charming smile. It's important to realize and remember that women also have trouble hearing in that environment, so they don't expect you to be able to have an in depth conversation with them. Hey Dan, Love ur vids and the flow.
It's funny how all your tips in this video and others are automatically taken care of by the flow and I don't have to consciously think about it. I bought the flow back when I was extremely shy. I wouldn't even joke around friends let alone talk to girls and I laughed at all their jokes just to please them. I then joined Uni and tried to make conversations with some of my classmates and that too, only the ones that sat next to me. But it was all dry and I didn't make any friends. This was when I bought the flow.
I didn't instantly try it out tho, cuz I was skeptical. I decided to try it out on some of my classmates who were insecure or shy like me. Soon enough, they were talking to me like I was a cool guy and all the people that I interacted with even people I thought was way cooler than me, responded to me like they want me to like them. This increased my confidence and I started trusting the flow process more.
I also started becoming more dominant with people.
There was this girl who got sat next to me for some random reason, I flirted and we had fun. Because of the flow, I knew she liked me the first day we talked. I was clear I don't want a relationship (something I never thought a woman would say yes to) and she still wanted me. It's been 8 or 9 months of seeing each other and she hints every now and then of having feelings for me but she says she understands that I don't want a relationship. The best part is, she sees me as a man. Ik it might seem silly, but not long ago, I didn't consider myself to be a real man. I tried to act like one and will remain silent and not smile to seem tough, but inside I was scared of their reactions. But now, she tells me I'm the most manly and dominant guy she knows. Recently we were talking about something related to me and she tells me that I'm an alpha guy and the kind of guy that leads ppl. This was the best compliment ever in my life.
It might not be the most dramatic success story but, I would say that's on me. For instance, I have not cold approached anyone. But I can see that even when I'm not trying to flirt, girls are interested in me. And I think if I did asked out more women, I wouldn't have to deal with self doubts and anxiety creeping back sometimes.

Well done man. About your question: You can still be relaxed and easygoing with them, without having to be the shy guy you used to be. It's just that now, I consider myself to be good enough or more than good enough with most ppl. But ppl who knew me before would expect a shy and insecure guy and might hate the real me. Talking about it, it feels like it might be an irrational fear. Maybe it will go away with time.
Brody I bought the flow 4 months ago and I'm on your level. I can tell you one thing: you don't need anyone's approval of whatever. But ofcourse do not be arrogant, just easy and relaxed like Dan said. Masculine is the opposite of feminine, look at what girls say and how they behave and just don't to the same. English is also not my first language but geuss what the place where I work and Stay is also not my.home. people speak a different language. So I don't have a choice but to interact with girls in English. Ofcourse I've learned about 80% of their language by now living here for 4 years. But they love it when I speak English plus add in some mix. And me reading the flow in English makes it so much easier. I can't just stop to imagine how easy things would be for me amongst my own people.

Thanks for this video! I always thought that if a man has the time to talk and talk and talk to me for hours on end he has no life or nothing important going on in his life. When I was younger yeah I thought that was what a relationship looked like. But not a healthy one. Now that I’m older when I run into men that just wanna talk and talk and talk (in person not through text message) I know they just aren’t about their mission or goals or purpose in life and I’m the main focus of their life. I was getting needy and too attached now. She was the same and she loved me so much and super obedient girl never said or did anything to hurt me but I let her go an hour ago because I was hurting her and she was crying each day but yep it sucks but I guess its best for us. 1) Not if you know how to do it. If you don't, it's next to impossible. If you do, then it becomes easier and easier the more you do it, until you absolutely master it.
2) Yes, but only if you make them feel attracted to you. If a guy is being unattractive (i.e. nervous, too nice, shy, awkward, insecure) and showing attraction to a woman's physical appearance, then it's unwanted attention. If a guy is being attractive (i.e. confident, charming, masculine) and shows some attraction for her physical appearance, then it is more welcome because there is mutual attraction. As I have said in some videos - attraction first and everything else after that. You must create attraction first.
3) Unattractive women like to shame men for that because they hope it will make men like them too. We men can't change what we find attractive in women, just like women can't change what they find attractive in men (i.e. confidence). Just learn how to attract women during interactions, move things forward and enjoy sex, love and relationships with beautiful women. Don't worry about what unattractive women say to try to make you want them.
