Bro, I'm right now almost in 1 year doing calisthenics. I unlocked handstand, Muscle up (without kipping), I'm getting better at high pull-ups. I was a beginner, I sent you videos at IG about my high pull-ups when I even couldn't do muscle ups. You corrected me. You introduced me to EMOM thank you for changing my training styles and all. You deserve more than anything 🙏🏼❤️

Caliversity, you should come up with a progressive exercise routine for beginners. Example if one can’t do pull-ups, they can do isometric holding on the concentric part, or negative pull ups slowly. How to progress into muscle ups by doing pull-ups, dips, etc...

I understand your thought process as to why you do lighter weight when working out, but wouldn't it be more efficient and faster if you have 2-3 sets of a heavier weight that pushes you to failure faster?
Training to failure is 100% needed for muscle growth, there is no doubt about that, but with you doing a weight that is so light that you don't even bother counting your reps, isn't it just cardio at this point

I think exercises, sets and whatnot is the easy bit. But diet is proving to be harder than expected. I don't know if it's because food is more expensive now, but you buy like a family pack chicken breast, you end that in 2 days. I can't keep buying family packs every 2 days 😂
