For a budget friendly home, this has a lot of nice stuff in it.
Love the walls! I'd take the tub out of the master bath and put in a tile shower. I just love this home! I always say hello to Rayden with you when I see you peek in the mirror, lol. You do a great job. I watch you and Chance a lot. Thank you for sharing your tours
I love the kitchen! I like the color of the cabinets. It's nice to see something other than white. The master bath is very nice also. This would be easy to live in!
Like appliance package nice for a single wide
It is really nicr for a singlewide . The light colors make it look bigger than it is . Electric fireplace really sets the living room . 😊
Really like this single wide
Pretty
The more you show Sunshine, the more I like! This home is gorgeous! Only thing I would want is carpeted bedrooms, no barn door, just a matching door to the rest of the house. I would also like a door on the furnace; preferably move it, don't care to see or hear that in the dining room.
Thanks for the tour!
Very nice
Nice looking single wide. I could live it. Might make some minor changes. 👍👍
Oh, I love that kitchen! It would be beautiful with yellow countertops!!!!
Sweet !!!!
Nice Home Mr Nate
Thanks for sharing this beautiful home. We were without electricity for several hours today 😔
Very nice. Hope your Internet is up and running now!
By far the nicest single wide to date! Would love to see small 2 bedroom modular homes as well! GOD bless
This is one of the nicest single wide mobile homes that I have seen. Like the exterior & interior colors. A few minor changes. Video is nicely presented ...
Gorgeous! Minus the closet in the master bathroom. I rather have my closet in the master bedroom.🥰
Really like this one. I just wish the dining could be a little bigger. Looks a little tight. Love primary walk in. Thank you for the tour.
Hello Nate! This looks like a nice single wide!
What I'd change: (#1) Gas Fireplace in Living Room. (#2) in Kitchen, Microwave would need to go on countertop by refrigerator and pantry (it's too high for me where located and I can't climb), and I'd put a Lazy Susan in that corner cabinet, and I'd want a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler, if possible. (#3) in the Dining Room I'd put Grandma's China Cabinet on the wall where they put the pictures. (#4) the Utility Room is okay, not as big as I'd like, but for sure bigger than some of the single wide utility rooms, (I am glad neither the water heater nor the furnace are in a closet! Being in a hallway is acceptable), we'd build a Garage outside that back door with a Storage area and a Big long-term Pantry and a Pet Shower. (#5) the Bigger Guest Bedroom would be my Library with a small sitting area; the other Guest Bedroom, 3/4's of it would be my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed, and the other 1/4 would be my small Office area; Guest Bathroom is okay. (#6) in the Master Bathroom I'd exchange the tub shown for a Handicapped Tub. Not sure if there's enough room around the commode or not, and if not, that would have to be dealt with somehow. That's a really small Vanity area for a Master Bathroom, but we can make do if we gave to. The Shower would be left as is, unless I have to remove it to make more room for the commode - then I would probably have to redo the whole bathroom. The Closet is a very nice one, especially for a single wide! Master Bedroom looks nice too - and very funny that you actually skipped it, Nate! (#7) We'd put some porches around the house, most of them, enclosed.
Nice video, Nate. Most single -wides are just too narrow for me, can't use my wheelchair at all if needed. But this one looks like I might be able to do so, if I'm careful. Until next time, God bless y'all.
Hi Raidon 🎉🎉
Nice for a single wide. I would take out the tub in the primary bath. I agree with another comment made to get rid of small bedroom, maybe extent livingroom so you could have a little office area.
Nice for a single wide. I'd def have a larger walk in shower, no tub in the master bathroom. Also only a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. Overall I like it!
The door is a swinger lol. Watch out other doors lmao...

Has some needs like more upper cabinets in the kitchen and linen closets or cabinets and coat closet. But! Has Many pluses too, is very good looking and like the wood cabinets and the dining area and at least the Water heater not inside a closet as you said, I really like the swinging barn door and would like to see more of this style used for bedroom to bathroom access instead of wall wasting sliding barn doors. You are very correct, the new board and batten looks much cleaner and less obvious, just a little bit higher end looking.
Very nice single wide at an affordable price point. I like the break up of the floor plan to get away from the typical "aisle walk thru" of most single wide models. Wondering if the back splash at the stove can be extended to the rest of the counter tops?
This is an updated version of the single I have on our property except the Peninsula doesn’t have seating in ours that gives us more room for a loveseat and then a chair ours has all been redone inside except for the kitchen cabinets we just painted. Ours is 1977 Shultz.
Nice entry ,beautiful bathrooms for a single wide the -is no window in first bathroom. Other than that it's fine.
The live is smaller than master bed.
It's a nice home for an entry level. The closets on the second and third bedrooms are what I found too small. The rest is fine
Gut the Electric Fireplace and replace it with a Propane Gas Log Ventless Open Flame 🔥 Fireplace, change the Kitchen and Hot Water to either Propane or Natural Gas as well. Otherwise, this is a Perfect Home for a Middle Aged Bachelor Pad., however another Recommended Modification would be for the Entrance to the Walk-in Closet to be from the Bedroom, and not the Bathroom... otherwise Steam and Excessive Moisture will risk your Clothes and Footwear to Mildew.
get rid of that small bedroom.. use space to extend living room.
I don't like how the furnace looks in dinning rm with no proper door. Deal Breaker.
Looks cheap ☹️
