This would be kinda destruction if Morrigan didnt get picked over Leliana in my playthroughs nearly all the time. Leliana really has nothing on Morrigan.

I always love how when push comes to shove Zevran actually isn't the craze horndog he likes to portray himself as. Well to an extent he kinda is, but I think he really just enjoys teasing his companions with that persona more than anything.
I met people like that.

Holy *shit,* Leliana completely eviscerates Morrigan.
She doesnt. (In my playthrough I obviously proved her wrong because I romanced Morrigan all the way.) BUT Morrigan doesnt make a move on the Warden until much later be it Warden, Alistair or Loghain, she nearly always gets one SO Leliana is proven wrong completely. Leliana also throughout the game doubts the Maker, who she is an almost all viewpoints meanwhile Morrigan is only questioning her feelings IF Warden ROMANCES her => she either never questions herself OR she seduced Warden. => Leliana tried but everything she said was wrong pretty much.
@@Dark_Voicethat's a lot of text just to be wrong. Morrigans approval score needs to be a lot lower to start a romance, and she tries to sleep with you even sooner.

The only thing straight about Leliana is when she straight up told Zevran to whip it out before she could consider sleeping with him. I love her.

The fact that she realized she had to make him do that to have him stop really shows her skills as a bard.

I never noticed it before, but Both Leliana and Morrigan has the exact same respons to Shale's first remark when refering to the Warden as IT.
"That's nice. But I'm not sleeping with you"
It's a shame, I've never heard most of these despite romancing Leliana on every playthrough because many of them have dialogue specific to a male warden. Guess if Leliana hooks up with f/warden no one gives a shit haha
People are just more thirsty for the male warden lol
Right? So much of the game seems like the writers just flat-out didn't consider the warden as a woman, including romances. (Or if they did, it's so she can offer to sleep with skeevy-ass dwarf men so they'll help their own village not be overrun w/ zombies. Why even)
@@IrisGlowingBlue Well there are fun moments specific to female warden too. There's a lot of party banter around the Alistair romance. And Oghren passing out if present while the ladies agree to a lesbian threesome.
Wait, Zev makes a pass at Leiliana? ...who calls him out for it? Now I have to play the game again with those two in my party. I can only hope that I don't have to harden her cause I usually leave THAT fun until closer to The Landsmeet
Some of the dialogue here requires Leliana to be hardened.

As you travel with her the group is eventually attacked by assassins sent by her old mistress /lover Marjoline. Go to Denerim and you'll find her in a small house immediately to your right. Confront Marjoline and her squad of killers, deal with them as you see fit though Leilana eventually prefers a more PERMANENT solution to the problem.
Talk to her afterwards and encourage her joy at Marjoline's demise and her dark side. Remind her that her time as a Chantry sister was only a role she was playing and the REAL Leilana is the ruthless and dangerous bard.
She'll eventually come to you and thank you FOR your insight.
If you've yet to initiate her romance scene her approach after being hardened is more direct and explicit if you're bouncing between her and Morrigan their party banter gets out right catty
Additionally take a hardened Leilana with you to the brothel to meet Isabella and she'll insist on joining you and Ravani for a 3sum during which Leilana apparently does things even Isabella hasn't encountered before and is so memorable Isabella brings it up if they see each other again in Kirkwall
Leilana is of course Inquisition Spymaster, by default she's hardened regardless of your choices in Origins
so if you're inclined to screw around a little, the Inquisitor can encourage Leilana's softer side and with the right dialogue soften her again to make her more diplomatic and less inclined towards slitting your throat for getting in the Inquisitior's way
@@BHRamsay it was always kinda strange how the love of her life hardens her, and some random inquisitor dude softens her. though my origins character cannot complain there can only be one murderous psychopath in the relationship and a soften Leliana makes a better divine. Also, just a little tidbit that at the orlesian palace if you do things right in origins she can be announced as the mistress of the Fereldan king, i wonder what my warden will be called if his lover is the divine.
I swear to the Maker, but Leliana and Shale are the most savage characters in series, altrough Leliana is adorable af at the same time

I wish Leliana's romance was as developed as Morrigan's like her getting pregnant and having a child or becoming more warmer, she seems like a completely different person suffering from trauma in DAI (which is understandable)
She develops, but not in a positive way, unlike Morrigan(though you can put her back on the right path)

I know this comment is a year old but Leliana did develop and became a very complex character; just because she didn't turn into a typical tender wife material doesn't that her development was less than Morrigan's. I actually found her equally as interesting in DAI because her potential to be much darker had always been present and it was interesting to see it all play out while retaining some of her old self. Her being so traumatized and violent actually makes the mentions of The Warden and her remaining love for them even more heartwarming.

Shame most of those dialogues are male-warden specific. Are all our companions under the impression that femWarden and Leliana are just really-really good friends?
Allistair occasionally says that femWarden and Leliana are super hot together to the warden at times. The time when when he asks to gossip with you about the rest of the party comes to mind. Morrigan is fine with femWarden and Leliana, but gets really jealous if it’s a dude warden. Zevran’s comments can definitely go for both wardens. And I think Ohgren’s just Ohgren and would be a perv regardless

What clothing mods does DanaDuchy use? Is there one that allows you to layer clothing like that over armor or are they unique armor pieces?
Most likely a mod called Kirkwall imports. Adds a lot of da2 armours/clothes. I think the improved atmosphere mod might add them too but it's unstable so I don't use it

She's more herself. It's obvious even in Origins that she isn't innocent, she just acts as if she is.

It’s the PC version, the dialogue itself is just party banter, it only looks like a collection of cutscenes because of mods

When did these dialogues happen I didn’t get any of these.
It happens when your out on quests. This is a mod so the characters don’t actually have a talking to each other scene they just say it on the go. Lots of this dialogue is male warden only though

It's a mod, but only to make the conversations appear like a normal dialogue rather than party banter. All this dialogue is in the game.

Raise your relationship points with him
Treat him well, lol. He won't betray you if you have a good relationship.
All you have to do is have his approval high enough, it's really not difficult unless you're just ignoring him your whole playthrough.

Not really, she a beast lol 😆 Morrigan is an arse, yes, a logical arse. Leliana is just dark, underneath what you first think you see. You get a peak after hardening her in Origins, but get to see it full on, in Inquisition. That’s why there is so much inner conflict.
ah she's not boring, when you talk to her in origins you realized she's the typical reformed bad girl. Avoiding talk about herself, distancing of habits of her old life, but murder, torture and betrayal comes up again and you realize why she is trying to be gentler. It's not for you, it's for herself. Convincing her to love the warden or to embrace her life as a bard and sying the scheming and lies are ust means to an end reveal a happier Leliana. Which is a big contrast to her "peaceful" self at the start. Later in Inquisition she shows some regret and you can help her to get softer because the life that she used to love as a spy is now a burden she's no longer able to carry at the same time as her faith. Or you can make her even more dark and ruthless at expense of her humanity. I would like to see a fully evil Leliana in DA4.

Yeah. People assume Morrigan is the evil one and Leliana the nice girl.
If you read between lines, Leliana was a true monster before. An assasin and spy that made people fall in love with her before killing them and she only considered it a part of a game. At least Morrigan has the excuse of not knowing much about society and living in a swamp.
Leliana is reformed(or trying to be) by the time you find her. If she was her former self, she would probably seduce and later kill the warden if she had been instructed to.
@@juanlaise1059 Yeah but I like to think we picked her up before she could fall in the shadows. Hardening her might make some things easier for the warden but is wrong. The is trying to rehabilitate and be good. Hardening her is like making Cullen keep with the lyrium. All wrong. The way I see it, she's a sociopath and she's struggling with herself. If we can be a good example, then we must keep her close to her faith.
