Hey, I'm just curious as to how you love God at all (let alone more than anyone else) when you can't see Him? I'm a Christian so I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything, but I've been struggling with this for basically all my life.
I don’t trust “ beautiful people “ who talks smooth and all the time nicely . I’d like to hear from a while when this smooth voice will be cursing and saying profane language , that’s will be fair and square both sides of the coin.
jeremy brent I know your comment is 2 months old but GOD knows you better than you know yourself he will know what kind of sign that you won’t miss and if your not good with subtle signs you will get like a strong shove in the direction he wants you to go personally I was recently on vacation for 2 weeks straight started to get drawn to end times and I asked him to help me with a specific sin that I just couldn’t stop doing and after that I didn’t get the desire. Also whenever I get depressed he draws me to a song or a movies that he knows will make me feel better. Also mind you I was angry at GOD in March we had to put our dog Bella to sleep I even said I was done with him even after all that he still loves me and helps me when I need it. Also yes I always capitalize GOD because he deserves it. So remember he will always be with you and love you God bless you amen.
It's so sad that at nearly 50 I still suffer from insecurity and worth issues even though I know all these verses and truly believe in the Christian message for myself. I think it has to do with my experiences as a child and with some physical deficiencies. I appreciate this video, and I realize that whatever confidence I do have comes from God alone.

I really needed to hear this today I have never struggled with confidence I have always loved myself and every part of myself....I have always loved God and trusted I. Word for my life...in September I was diagnosed with stage 3 aggressive breast cancer and my whole world shook. I lost my hair I lost over 40 pounds my husband started cheating on me and I lost every once of confidence in myself. I have always told my children to build everything in their life on the foundation of Jesus Christ but yet my foundation when put thru the fire fell apart today I am going to rebuild my foundation on Gods word and what he says about me. I will build it on the blood of Jesus and his truth over my life. Thank you sooooo very much May God bless you for revealing truth to me on this day be blessed my sister in Christ❤️

Basically anything related to keeping the momentum and motivation for personal bible study sessions :)

Thank you for this video. My friend told me about your channel btw. I wanted to share something: she heard me talk about God at school and invited me to join her Bible study she just started. I happily joined and got really excited. Several weeks later, we became really close and we are the only friends in our lives to talk openly about faith. We are just as passionate when it comes to our love for God. It was perfect timing because the previous week, I was trying not to be depressed that I was rejected once again from friends. I have isolated myself because of how uncomfortable it is to even be around them. It doesn't hurt me based on what they think about me, it hurts me based on the fact that they don't know what truly saved life is like. They don't have the Lord and they go through tough times just like anyone else. I've talked to them about faith before but they didn't seem to care and that just breaks my heart. My friend and I are going to start something really great at our school. We use a teacher's classroom for our Bible studies because he is supportive and is also a Christian. If you don't mind, Will you pray for our wisdom, people's hearts, and that God will bring this to life and help us? Thanks so much. Hope you have a great day! :)

I am a Christian and I find myself falling back into sexual sin periodically, and I at times tend to feel helpless because I don't understand what it means to trust in God but I find myself believing in him and his word. I think you should make a video covering how to trust in God because I honestly feel lost when preachers tell me to trust in him. Not because I disown him or doubt him but because I honestly don't know what it means to trust and how it relates to believing in him.
I couldn't just pass by your comment. Matthew, sometimes I have been confused with what to believe about God and I have been a Christian all my life but every single time I just open up to God and tell him exactly what I feel about him. I ask him to just show me something or do something and he always does. It might not be in the way you expect but just take that risk of believing that he hears - that my friend is what trust is :) Quick analogy -just like you are sure you would wake up from sleep the next day or you would draw breath the next second, trust that he knows you and he hears you. Just go ahead!

Hey Matthew, I encourage you to please reach out to someone at your church about your sin so they can disciple you and hold you accountable. Maybe your pastor can counsel you, or you can see a biblical counselor. I am seeing one right now and she has helped me tremendously. Look up ABC biblical counselors and/or ACBC on google and they have a search engine to find ones near you. That's how I found mine. I pray that you find freedom from this sin and that you learn what it means to trust in Him. God is able, nothing is too hard for Him!
Something that changed everything for me was understanding the verse in 1 Corinthians 6:20 where it says that I was bought at a high price. It goes on to say to glorify God in our body and our spirit which are God's. This helped me immensely! God's truth does set you free.
Becca, I could not be more thankful that God uses you as a platform to glorify him! You are such an amazing role model for me and lots of other young women like myself! Even though you are older than me, your struggles are so relatable and you solidify exactly what I know God is telling me to do. Sometimes I feel unsure about what God is telling me to do and I feel like I'm not confident or good enough to carry out the plans he has for me. I know that he wants me to love myself the way he does, but I constantly struggle to live completely feeling the way he does about me. I am constantly comparing myself and my gifts to those he gave others. I just can't seem to feel valuable even though I know I am in his eyes. Do you have any advice and did you feel this way in high school also?

What if you're surrounded by people in college who: 1. Doesn't believe in God 2. Is not a Christian 3. Does not have confidence solely and only because of God and through God according to what he says about his people/children in the Bible 4. Has the mindset that materilstic things such as the name brand clothes you have on, hair/extensions, fake nails, and your body size or shape is what makes you important, attractive, or worth it. I'm a 25 year old dude, very capable but have struggled with confidence my whole life. I'm not too proud to admit that I need/needed help with this and I'm glad I found this video. If we are to claim to be Christian, we are to believe the theology in the Bible. That includes knowing that we are loved and strong through Christ whether we feel it in the moment or not. It's the same as turning away from lust when we are tempted. Our minds go there so often but we are to believe in God's word and turn from temptation. There isn't a magical moment in this life when we can claim "I am finally 100% confident". Perfection won't come until Christ returns. But we can keep our minds on him and continually turn from the lies our minds create. There's no need to overthink because we KNOW we are loved. Thank you for allowing God to work through you. PRAISE JESUS!!

For some reason I watched this video again... lol. Something stood out to me, when you were talking about how we build our foundations on what others think. I know you used the opposite sex example. Lately, I’ve been so consumed on what others think. My coworkers mainly, and I cannot believe I have been setting my foundation on that. Making them happy, and overworking, and just going home feeling unappreciated and just bitter. How can I put my worth and value on what someone thinks, or feels about me. I’ll never feel like I’m enough. This video really spoke to me today. Thank you God. Also, there’s a beautiful confidence in Christ centered people. It radiates and it’s beautiful. That’s one of the reasons why I am pursuing God, the beauty and happiness that are in His people!

My confidence comes from confronting my biggest fears head on. For example one of my biggest fears was not having a partner but now since life force me to be single I was so scare an now am like😏hey is not to bad, I can do this. (Thanks to Jesus) Therefore now I have conquer one of my biggest fears. Now I'm 15%more confident than I was 7month ago.

I rarely comment videos, but I had to today. Your message made me realize the reason why I was feeling insecure about everything : it was because my faith in God was not solid enough. Starting now, I am going to study a part of the bible everyday and make sure to really understand and try to memorize God's words. Now I've realized that if I believe in God, I have to completly trust His words and that is only when I have a complete faith in Him that I will be able to overcome my insecurities. wauw, I have no words . I'm new on this channel and this first video ,I was overwhelmed by your message . I struggle with finding myself for my purpose for God. I hated for who I was . me being conscious about that god will ever want to be in touch with me . the feelings I have and the make me feel a weak person. looks strong outside but inside everything is vulnerable, that I had days where I think about that God made mistake by creating me . it was me standing between it holding back. I bet your age isn't much different from mine but your surely allot stronger than I am. I like your passion for Christ . it really triggered my thoughts .

I believe that I am a beautiful person not because people might say this about me, but I know I am because He tells me so. He has been there all throughout. He is my comfort. He is my rock, a mountain that can never be moved. He never leaves my side. I believe that He loves everything about me, and that He accepts me for what I am. He loves me more than anything can ever love me. He loves me unconditionally. When I am sad, he cheers me up, and he picks me up. I have never felt loved as much as I am with His presence. I can never thank Him enough for being so good to me. And I love Him. A lot. He is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to me. And I do not think, I can ever forgive myself if I am going to choose other things over Him. ❤

I happily joined and got really excited. Several weeks later, we became really close and we are the only friends in our lives to talk openly about faith. We are just as passionate when it comes to our love for God. It was perfect timing because the previous week, I was trying not to be depressed that I was rejected once again from friends. I have isolated myself because of how uncomfortable it is to even be around them. It doesn't hurt me based on what they think about me, it hurts me based on the fact that they don't know what truly saved life is like. They don't have the Lord and they go through tough times just like anyone else. I've talked to them about faith before but they didn't seem to care and that just breaks my heart. My friend and I are going to start something really great at our school. We use a teacher's classroom for our Bible studies because he is supportive and is also a Christian. I am a Christian and I find myself falling back into sexual sin periodically, and I at times tend to feel helpless because I don't understand what it means to trust in God but I find myself believing in him and his word. I think you should make a video covering how to trust in God because I honestly feel lost when preachers tell me to trust in him. Not because I disown him or doubt him but because I honestly don't know what it means to trust and how it relates to believing in him.
I couldn't just pass by your comment. Matthew, sometimes I have been confused with what to believe about God and I have been a Christian all my life but every single time I just open up to God and tell him exactly what I feel about him. I ask him to just show me something or do something and he always does. It might not be in the way you expect but just take that risk of believing that he hears - that my friend is what trust is :)
Quick analogy -just like you are sure you would wake up from sleep the next day or you would draw breath the next second, trust that he knows you and he hears you. Just go ahead!

Hey Matthew, I encourage you to please reach out to someone at your church about your sin so they can disciple you and hold you accountable. Maybe your pastor can counsel you, or you can see a biblical counselor. I am seeing one right now and she has helped me tremendously. Look up ABC biblical counselors and/or ACBC on google and they have a search engine to find ones near you. That's how I found mine. I pray that you find freedom from this sin and that you learn what it means to trust in Him. God is able, nothing is too hard for Him!
Something that changed everything for me was understanding the verse in 1 Corinthians 6:20 where it says that I was bought at a high price. It goes on to say to glorify God in our body and our spirit which are God's. This helped me immensely! God's truth does set you free.

I could not be more thankful that God uses you as a platform to glorify him! You are such an amazing role model for me and lots of other young women like myself! Even though you are older than me, your struggles are so relatable and you solidify exactly what I know God is telling me to do. Sometimes I feel unsure about what God is telling me to do and I feel like I'm not confident or good enough to carry out the plans he has for me. I know that he wants me to love myself the way he does, but I constantly struggle to live completely feeling the way he does about me. I am constantly comparing myself and my gifts to those he gave others. I just can't seem to feel valuable even though I know I am in his eyes. Do you have any advice and did you feel this way in high school also?

What if you're surrounded by people in college who:
1. Doesn't believe in God
2. Is not a Christian
3. Does not have confidence solely and only because of God and through God according to what he says about his people/children in the Bible
4. Has the mindset that materilstic things such as the name brand clothes you have on, hair/extensions, fake nails, and your body size or shape is what makes you important, attractive, or worth it. I loved this video btw.

I'm a 25 year old dude, very capable but have struggled with confidence my whole life. I'm not too proud to admit that I need/needed help with this and I'm glad I found this video. If we are to claim to be Christian, we are to believe the theology in the Bible. That includes knowing that we are loved and strong through Christ whether we feel it in the moment or not. It's the same as turning away from lust when we are tempted. Our minds go there so often but we are to believe in God's word and turn from temptation. There isn't a magical moment in this life when we can claim "I am finally 100% confident". Perfection won't come until Christ returns. But we can keep our minds on him and continually turn from the lies our minds create. There's no need to overthink because we KNOW we are loved. Thank you for allowing God to work through you. PRAISE JESUS!!

For some reason I watched this video again... lol. Something stood out to me, when you were talking about how we build our foundations on what others think. I know you used the opposite sex example. Lately, I’ve been so consumed on what others think. My coworkers mainly, and I cannot believe I have been setting my foundation on that. Making them happy, and overworking, and just going home feeling unappreciated and just bitter. How can I put my worth and value on what someone thinks, or feels about me. I’ll never feel like I’m enough. This video really spoke to me today. Thank you God. Also, there’s a beautiful confidence in Christ centered people. It radiates and it’s beautiful. That’s one of the reasons why I am pursuing God, the beauty and happiness that are in His people!

My confidence comes from confronting my biggest fears head on. For example one of my biggest fears was not having a partner but now since life force me to be single I was so scare an now am like😏hey is not to bad, I can do this. (Thanks to Jesus) Therefore now I have conquer one of my biggest fears. Now I'm 15%more confident than I was 7month ago.

I know this video was a while ago... But I just watched it... For the first one, I have grown up in a christian life and everything, but to be honest I don't feel confidence of my beliefs. How should I go about #1 of what you said?
I rarely comment videos, but I had to today. Your message made me realize the reason why I was feeling insecure about everything : it was because my faith in God was not solid enough. Starting now, I am going to study a part of the bible everyday and make sure to really understand and try to memorize God's words. Now I've realized that if I believe in God, I have to completly trust His words and that is only when I have a complete faith in Him that I will be able to overcome my insecurities.

I believe that I am a beautiful person not because people might say this about me, but I know I am because He tells me so. He has been there all throughout. He is my comfort. He is my rock, a mountain that can never be moved. He never leaves my side. I believe that He loves everything about me, and that He accepts me for what I am. He loves me more than anything can ever love me. He loves me unconditionally. When I am sad, he cheers me up, and he picks me up. I have never felt loved as much as I am with His presence. I can never thank Him enough for being so good to me. And I love Him. A lot. He is the most beautiful thing that ever happened to me. And I do not think, I can ever forgive myself if I am going to choose other things over Him. ❤
