I was watching another video on “confidence” I can see the difference between worldly and godly. The other video was all about putting yourself first and being selfish. This was about loving others and not worrying about oneself. True confidence is found through Christ finding the truth, the way and the life.
When you spend your time and focus on others, you spend less time thinking of what others think of you. WHEEEEEW! That's a fact right there that you should shout from the rooftops (or a RUclips video like you just did, lol). And in loving our neighbors, we are reinforcing the love God put in us. It's wonderful that the strength and validation we seek to get comes naturally from doing for others which let's God do in us. HE is so wonderful!
Very true!! Amen... I've learned if Satan is trying to attack me spiritually I will serve others or reach out to others... Walking out my calling for God and I feel so much better and can refocus back on God and my calling... Amen!! All glory to God!! 🙏🙌🙏🙌😊. God bless you and yours!! 🙏🌹

For all those who struggle, I do too, but I would like to share that, I think the point that helps me the most is the last one, walking in our calling is the best thing we can do for self-esteem from a biblical view, because on second thought , when walking in our calling we focus on GOD and honoring HIM, growing for HIM, which fills not only the spirit but also the heart, since we are His creation, of course it will make us feel better and more useful by doing exactly that for which HE called us, because yes, it is by setting our sights on the world that we become filled with this anxiety and lose the joy of who we are/how we look, but by focusing on CHRIST everything else is added, including the joy of who we are in HIM, since we no longer make ourselves the center, but the immutable and loving FATHER who loves us and created us in His image ♥️🧸

I always compare myself but I know God is the only approval I need!!! This really encouraged me!!!! God says you are beautiful and He know what you are struggling with! You pour out your heart to him and you can talk to him as a friend. JESUS IS COMING BACK SO SOON AND WE MUST REPENT! When my anxiety and insecurities were at their worst, it was only when God revealed to me the truth of how much He loves me that everything changed; and finally knowing that those things I believed about myself were just lies. I’ve been having a lot of anxiety lately. But all I have to do is tell myself “the fear isn’t real” and it goes away, sometimes it takes a while, but it works. I’ve been suffering from mental issues since I started middle school. It ruined me going to public school at all. I’m now a homeschooled sophomore and, thanks to my parents, I’m growing closer to God. Nobody can love me more than God and His Son for He is greater than anyone, so why do the opinions of others matter when we’re all the same sinners? Thank you for being such an angel❤

I’m 18 and about to graduate from high school in a month and I’ve been going through so many confidence challenges and identity/existential crises and it’s just been a lot. But your video helped remind me that I am more than the lies I allow myself to believe and that I am fully seen and loved by God.
