Wow, breathtaking!! This sound and video are so quintessentially Italian and Vivaldi. From the very first bars, a vision of the Grand Canal in Venice floats into my mind, I feel the rocking of gondolas, I am there. The transcendent, transparent purity of sound is perfection for me, sublime. The sound and tone of your lute are divine. You express the melodic beauty, purity and essence of this Largo, surely as Vivaldi conceived it. Thank you Alberto, this is no less than a perfect interpretation and performance, within a beautiful video. I look forward to the "Allegro". BRAVO!!!!!!!

Listening to the "Allegro Giusto", immediately followed by the "Largo" is a great musical experience, the overarching sound and conception is ravishing, dreamy, a garden of delights. I can't wait to hear the "Allegro", then listen to the three movements in succession!!! The acoustic in this Chiesa is perfect. BRAVO!!!!!!!

I can't imagine the world without this gorgeous Concerto in it, and further, I can't imagine the world without this glorious interpretation and performance of its "Largo" in it. And yet not long ago that was the case. Alberto, you reinvent yourself and the lute music world weekly. How fantastic that is! The purity of this performance is a knockout. You seem to channel Vivaldi here, rather than play the "Largo". The ornamentation is wonderful, not excessive, which can disrupt the flow of the melody. It is such a glorious, perfect melody in itself! The sound of your lute is unique and ravishing, heavenly, your pursuit of technical and artistic excellence at a level only a few people can aspire to or achieve. Thank you for this precious, perfect interpretation of the "Largo", and absolutely everything else, including this wonderful Concerto! :)
