I enjoyed your video. Currently creating a short post/lesson for nursing students to learn how to use a common communication technique. Your tip about having the learner analyze examples as a way to change it up is something I’m going to now incorporate. Thanks for your hard work and sharing!
Brandy Rhodes Thanks! I’m glad you like the video. Yes, analyzing a response or decision is a great way to prep the learner for making their own well-informed decision. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Tip: Remember to include diverse populations. Responses vary on the population. A situation with an elderly customer might require different handling than one with a millennial customer.
I loved the graphics and font in the video examples - is this something you can create directly in SL or were you using other programmes to get that look. I think I already know the answer :) Thanks for all you do Tim!
Hey Tim, we have to do an all-company training on customer mindset. Do you think it makes sense to have scenarios for each customer facing team? That could mean a lot of work but atleast the learners will find relevant scenarios.
Hi Priyanka. I think it's super important that you create scenarios that are relevant to your audience. So, yes, if your audience supports different customer segments, than I think it would be a good idea to create scenarios that are applicable to each segment. It is more work, but it'll create a more relevant learner experience. I hope that helps!

Sonia James I love this tip! That’s another great way of adding variability to scenarios! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Do you have any flow chart examples to show to to design these?

This is exactly what I have in mind...
