Agreed, they did have a shitty rep for a good while when the old Lineas and that where around years ago. But the recent ones appear to be ok. Still, i wouldn't fit one on my of my own choice.
I have a Vokera Unica 28 he and is 15 years old and has had 2 repairs,it's still going ok and gets serviced regularly.Compare on RUclips all of the faulty Ideal, Worcester Bosch boilers and it is a high percentage compared to Vokera.
I’ve been out to a few of these. On a couple the sump had got blocked at the outlet, it was hard to clean the sump out , do you have any tips for doing this?
I normally put a black bin liner under the bent pipe before removing which collect all the water when I remove the bent plastic pipe. Once you have removed the pipe it's easier to clean it. I will try to make a video of it when I come across it next time.

Please note; In the UK, under the Gas Safe regulations, it is illegal for anyone other than a Gas Safe Registered Engineer to remove the covers from any gas boiler or gas appliance. If an unauthorised person was to service the boiler / appliance and it resulted in a death caused by faulty work then the unauthorised person would be spending several years in prison.
Best way to service a vokera is to gently take it off the wall then sling it out the front door and replace it with a baxi 👌🏻

Even replace with either Vaillant, Viessman, Worcester or Ideal. And chuck Vokera into the skip

Best place for these boilers is in the skip. Do vokera actually have warranty engineers?
Yeah
Vokera & Viessmann are both owned by the same American company called Carrier. So their warranty engineers work on both makes of appliance
