Tom Fowler with 'Banned From Utopia' spring 2014 germany, Heiligenhaus with Robert Martin, Albert Wing, Chad Wackerman, Ray White, Arthur Barrow and Ed Mann.
I'm sad to think I'll never see him play again. Many of the FZ tracks he played on were the tunes I grew up listening to. First saw him with the Mothers in '73. Met him a few times at Banned from Utopia gigs. Genuine guy no B.S. Rest easy Tom, thanks for the musical memories. x
Tom played some of my favourite bass lines of all time !!!
If you think of Rythmn in a Frank Zappa Band Think of Ruth,Ralph, Chester and Tom! Absolute Genius!
They all played rhythms. Rhythms are part of music.
@@guitarslim56 It's called the "Rhythm" section , and Frank always has some of the best
One of the great things about Zappa was his ability to surround himself with the best musicians!
jingo 69 And he preferred the Synclavier x)
Rippedflesh 69: Especially in the drumming department.
Money will do that.
@@guitarslim56 probably not, he was not paying that much, but what more interesting stuff than playing ZP music ? one of the few above the rest
