Guys please check my channel to watch more videos about how to make fishing lure with 3d printer, Thank you. ruclips.net/channel/UCzPfB6-eK2iqqA5fsF1MbCQ
I don't have a 3D printer, but I do make wooden lures. What I like about your channel is that you share, not just knowledge, but also the means to make lures. That's why I watch and "Like" many of your videos. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much for your support!!! 👍👍😀😀 Yes, the main reason I started this channel is to share my lures with other peolpe. And I think they are easy to make everybody can make them. I hope people who watched my video can start to make them and catching fish on them.
Hi, an incredible job appears to me, for my taste they are a bit big, but the weight transfer, the magnets and the final result is incredible, keep it up, I love it!
Great video, thanks for sharing. I don't know if there are specific tools available for the wire twisting and production of lure parts but it would be great if someone could develop lure tools such as this to make 3d lures easy for individuals to make their own lures. Thanks again.
Thank you very much. Flood was long time ago. I am very good now. I am little busy about other things in my life this year I didn't go fishing at all this year so far. I will make more content in the future when my life gets better. Thank you!!
Nice work and thx for sharing your Stuff. Just an idea , maybe you show a short clip in the end of how they work in the water.I would love it. Greatings from Germany
@@3DPrintedAngler i mean, a lure strong enough to fish it with heavy spinnings rods(tuna ,gt, theres a lot of people who will be intereseted) like a sink stick bait , just an idea, also your popper looks good im gona print 3 models you upload but looking to can use it with popping rods
@@quaigonying9454 that popper is heavy duty. You can catch tuna on it. I am not mean 100 200 300 pound bluefin.. I don't think there's any problems if you catch under 50 60 pound I guess. And this minnow lure should work fine with tuna too. Yellowfin blackfin.
Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. Because I just started making video not long ago. So I am trying different ways to present information please check my other videos they got close-up still shots, thank you!!
Hello! I'm from Chile, and I'd like to know if you can make a trolling fishing lure for me. I need one that dives to a depth of 5 meters and another one that dives to a depth of 9 meters. We do kayak fishing, so it would be great to have these lures.
I’m doing similar work. Probably not going to create a RUclips channel. You have a very clever way of locking in the twisted wire using tag ends. Those who build lures will see and know, but for those not into lure making you should slow down and talk about how those tag ends going into the hole add considerable strength. For me, the toughest part was learning fusion 360 enough to even get started. That’s prerequisite to what you’re doing here and people probably would like to see. I know I personally would like to see how you get such clean internal structures. I design one side using offset profiles lofted to generate solid then I shell it then fill center stuff then mirror at the end to get 2nd side. Nice video!
@@3DPrintedAngler Yes you are right I had to uninstall the latest verdion of cura and reinstall and now it works fine, Thankyou for your quick reply, it is printing now:)
Thank you very much!!! Yes, I use epoxy to coat lure. Please check my other lure making video this video explained everything very well ruclips.net/video/0rh6lyB3j4o/видео.html Because last lure making video I made too detailed I guess. Many people don't have the patient to watch it people close the video very soon. So I made this video shorter. I guess I have to add little more explanation in my next video. Thank you very much for your suggestion!!!👍😋
Hey mate, cheers for the video, it was well edited and filmed, and the fish lures come out great. Do you have a lure design for something 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the original design? Cheers again mate
Hi, thank you. Sorry, I dont have it right now..you want to use it for freshwater fishing? I'm going to make some freshwater lure in my future videos. So, maybe in the future I will make a smaller one.😀
Point is that he make wright size lure with great shape. That is what fisherman's are liking for. Which is almost impossible to find. They are about 7 inches. He is young, but smart gay. Whit that ages he know what is right. He didn't care about other "fisherman " say. This boy going wright way. He is Profesional for those "professionals". Good luck body !
You all but begged for our comments, so here are mine. (I'm a longtime saltwater fisherman and amateur lure-maker.) 1. I'm quite sure this is meant to be a "how-to" video. But NOBODY can learn about what you're doing when you speed up the "tape" until it's almost a blur! This was particularly bad when you were fabricating and installing the hook eyes. I even used the RUclips utility to slow the playback to .5, but that wasn't enough! 2. You show us your procedure for applying three coats of clear finish, but you don't tell us WHAT coating you chose and why. In fact, you hardly talk at all during this process. 3. I think the main focus of this video was supposed to be your weight-transfer system. But you didn't explain why you chose this particular configuration-a horizontal tube, three bearings, and a rare-earth magnet mounted off to the side, at one end of the weight tube. There are many, many ways to accomplish this weight-shift goal, but you don't say anything about why your system is better than the others. 4. You didn't show us a water test of these lures after they were completed! You left us guessing about how they swim when retrieved AND about how well your weight-transfer design worked during each cast. I'm sorry if I seem so critical. I wouldn't have written these comments if you hadn't asked. Most important, I believe this video COULD have been a really valuable, useful one. But-for me-it fell way short because of the lack of detail and the absence of a water test.
Hi, thank you very much for this very detailed comment. Because this is one of my very early video so I was not experienced about making video. Some of the problems you mentioned I was kind improved in my other videos afther this one. If you like you can watch my other videos. And about water testing of this lure you can find footage clip in my first fishing video. If you want to see you can go watch it. Thank you, I will take your suggestions and improve my future videos.

Which software do you use to draw the 3d model?
Fusion 360
