I just wanted to thank you for all your videos and instructions! I´m learning pole dancing on my own, at home, and I don´t know how I would be able to do that without your videos. There is something very poetic about the way you dance. Your moves are very elegant and sensual, and I love your choice of music.
Thank you so much, Elina! I‘m glad that my style speaks to you and that my videos are helping you improve and progress in your own pole journey. 😊
It’s important to remember that when you attend formal classes a lot of time is spent warming up and conditioning the moves rather than just learning a routine straight off the bat. Pole is a lot of core and strength , it comes with hard work and time .
Oh my god definitely going to try this!!! It's so elegant and moody.
Isn’t She just the best!!! I have a few fav dancers & she is top 3
Aww Thank you! ❤️
Lovely
Beautiful!

Thank you so much, Liantsu! 🥰 This is a shorter choreo than my Lyrical choreos. I taught it in one lesson in the past and I have the recording if you‘re interested. Just send me an email. Not sure yet if I‘ll teach it live again.
My favorite dancer but this is far from beginner lol
Right?!?? I was so frustrated when I tried it as a beginner
Hi there! I was wondering what the first spin you do in the routine is called?
Hi! It's the Hips-Around Spin (not sure if this is the official name) and I have a quick tutorial on it: ruclips.net/video/REaWKO1mniU/видео.html
@@ThePoleDancer thank you so much! It's really beautiful ❤️ can't wait to learn it 🥰
Spin or static?!!
What would you guess?
Well I’m hoping static!!! Because that the type of pole I just bought! Haha
@@haileyknott7220 This choreo is on spinning, but the majority of my other beginner choreos are on static
I'm 5 lessons in and I can't even climb 🥹. This is so beautiful it's frustrating.
Climbing is hard, requires strength. It usually takes longer than 5 lessons. What makes you think that you should be able to climb already?
@@ThePoleDancer I saw many people climb after just a few lessons. I know it's different for everyone but it's still frustrating 😔. Like is everyone else that good or I'm just that bad 😞😞😞?!
@@i9lts Everybody's body is different! Everyone is on their own unique pole journey, which will be different from everyone else :) Focus on bite size accomplishments as you make progress on each class. As in "I made it a little higher in my climb than last week" not "I'm not doing a handspring and a 360 fonji yet"!
Along with that, there is a saying in classical music that "there will always be a 9 year old prodigy better than you". Meaning if you're always comparing yourself to others, you'll never win. I know a women that inverted the first time she tried, and I know a women who has been doing pole for 2+ years and can't invert. And both are completely valid journeys!
It took me many weeks of weekly classes to be able to climb, and I started from afar, I wasn't in good shape or active, on my first class I wasn't even able to hold myself on the pole lol. So don't give up, keep it up and you'll develop the strength, technique and coordination to climb!
Now I'm developing strength to be able to invert (get upside down), pole is a difficult but challenging and stimulant sport, everytime you managed something you then get to learn something new!
@@i9lts I know people who couldn't climb after a year in. Everyone's body is different. It's not a question of who is good and who is bad. Comparison is the theif of joy. Enjoy the ride! Your hard work has earned you that right.
