@@verleneaevans4610 It's a dance called "Haka". It's from the original new zealand folk. It was mostly a war song as I learned, but not only used for that. Just search for "Haka" and if you wanna find out what they sing translated to english, search for "haka translation".

The bro needs to work on his stance. He's standing way too tall, which means he's not putting enough strain on his legs. I remember in my highschool you had to be as low as the shortest guy, which meant getting into the most powerful stance you could. That there kills your legs but standing up tall with your legs locked is like the easy way where you're resting and don't want to put in the work. That's my opinion anyway

Tika Tonu was the first Haka. It’s about being honest and true to yourself -Tika, working hard and being your best always to achieve your utmost.

I may be fairly new at this , but the hakas all have special meanings in all circumstances. I havent seen too many to woman, but they are ALL marks of respect. This is a "I'm proud of your accomplishments" one from what I've seen. Or a welcome home
