This video shows all twenty characters' spell cards, using Hisouten (Scarlet Weather Rhapsody) versions, if possible, while showing any significant changes in Hisoutensoku 1.03, and Hisoutensoku 1.10 patches to said spell cards...
This took me a REALLY long time to make and about 100+ GB of uncompressed video to get everything together...

That term refers to a card that quickly gives you invincibility and (typically) hits an enemy close to you, so it allows you to evade and counter an attack.
I love all the new 12.3 spellcards!

2 cost card: Critical "Heart Break"
4 cost card: Divine Spear "Spear the Gungnir"
Other two are SKILL cards.
Never underestimate Patchouli during sunny days? For some reason I wonder why she never goes outside.

@butterfliwashere I love her alternative skills more. The fire lash melee is so good. Favourite card though has to be the one with the 2 orbiting familiars raining bullets steadily. Of course, Royal Flare is always a crowd pleaser. ;) Maybe I should upload some of my Patch play, though I play her aggressively.
Imagine if they released a Touhou fighter collection across modern hardware. I’d so buy it on my PS5. Those games are super awesome.

Midnight King "Dracula Cradle" Full Invincibility, it's like a bigger version of her Shoryuken type move.

@IceAokiji303 It adds to your special input skills by producing bullets that hover for a moment before flying at your opponent. It's great for extending pressure strings but isn't viable with just any skill set and I feel Patch's default skill set isn't the best to use that card with.
@IceAokiji303 spam different spells... like how down down "shot" or heavy "shot" danmaku uses the water pillar that comes out of the floor? That makes the blue crystal shoot...

Scarlet weather rapture, it's actually important that it does drain the weather, cause what happens when there's no more weather to drain? It stops. You get a dud.

4:13 - censored!!! This attack was supposed to make the victim bleed heavily!!! The problem was - this game was heavily censored to remove any blood. You can prove these because all of the characters can be hit by most of the fatalities, animalities, babalities and friendships of the Mortal Kombat characters. Please uncensor this game!

Fair but “Saigyouji Parinirvana” is pretty much Yuyuko’s last word and the “full power” of “Resurrection Butterfly” because her last word represents the full bloom of the Saigyouji Ayakashi which also represents Yuyuko’s Death

Very late but, you have to be lucky enough to get it on vs com, vs player, or Arcade Mode. It’s called Remilia “Demon Stretch”
How does Patchouli's "crystals floating around me" spellcard work? I have it but I can't seem to get how to use it!
You probably figured it out by now but, those crystals that surround Patchy only break when you use a skill card (623B, 236B, 412B, 214B, and 22B)
