Soku pretty much flew under the radar in 09, a proper sequel today should overwrite that issue If we get at least 5 new characters in addition to more spell cards, possible mod support and modern online support I'd say it's a job well done
@EB Bisnar Maybe, but a cowbirb without her guns is like an oni without her booze. I feel like she'd at least have a Heckler and Koch Mk23 as an alternate quarter circle forward shot. Default would probably be a Taurus Raging Bull
There's no confirmation that Saki owns an actual gun. The cowboy attire is just, well, attire. I don't think she ever identify herself as western cowboy.
@@doomkappa3407 You're probably right, but I think it'd be a nice way to shake up the roster in a Touhou fighting game. Just imagine her skill cards consisting of real world firearms and/or grenades. IMO, it'd also be amusing if one of her spell cards is just her magdumping a Desert Eagle XIX on her opponent.
@@flashn00b I feel like Sumireko or Reisen would be the one likely to own a real firearm. Sumireko already has 3D printer gun as her Spellcard in ULiL/AoCF. Oh, Yukari and Nitori are possibility too.
Huh neat, you can tell which characters replaced who by paying attention to their sprites. (Murasa is clearly modded over Suika, Mokou is Aya, Flan replaces her sister, Banki replaces Youmu)
There was an incredible Flandre made for MUGEN that was amazing quality, much better than the one here. Although she did borrow stuff from Remilia, it was not as noticeable and her moves and supers were more unique. It was like she was made by one of the original people from Tasogare, although I don't know that for sure
Orin mokou kaguya & yuuka i wish they were actually added ( i never play the game. Idk what platform is is at) i wish they add byakuren. Also yuugi & that one girl with a bandage arm.

I don't like how a lot of Momiji's spellcards are just repurposed Youmu spellcards
murasa has repurposed suika spellcards
Only two of her spells are repurposed Youmu spells, the rest are repurposed Reimu spells.
its the result of how (most of?) the Modded characters are made: they tend to be made using one of the vanilla characters as a base.
