This Mugen (more specifically IKEMEN) Touhou Fighter is really good, not only that, it has some really nice looking Super Moves, here i go through all of them from top to bottom. Enjoy and maybe check out the game because it looks good but also plays well, can be played online and it has a ton of good work put into it.
Possible F.A.Q:
Aren't there some missing [Air] Supers?: I decided to show only the Air ones that felt like they did something somewhat different graphically, the ones that were pretty much the same i decided to leave them out.
[720 Motion]?: It's executed by starting from any direction and pressing every other direction in a circular motion until you go back to the first direction you pressed, you do this 2 times.

[4]/[1]?: Hold that direction for a moment. It's a charge motion.
Where are Tenshi Supers?: Tenshi surprisingly enough isn't a character in this game, she is placed as the sandbag in training mode but doesn't have a playable slot nor any proper attacks.
Go ask the developers to add her.

A nice detail that isn’t in the video is that if Flandre’s up against immortal characters like Mokou, even though the animation of Flandre going “kyuu” plays, the immortal character will fall from the sky, and be KO’d regularly, rather than be destroyed entirely like Marisa.

Anyone know how to play these combos on a keyboard??? I can't use ↗️↘️↙️↖️ buttons for example.... How I should make Specialites for characters??
It may be that your keyboard doesn't read double directional inputs then and if that is the case then you need another one.
If instead you have difficulty doing it then you just gotta practice as there is no other way to do the Specials otherwise
@@ShiGen Well, in my input settings I have only UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT buttons and 3 buttons for attacks, plus Select and Exit buttons to settle. And that's all... I just have no other settings for keys. Maybe I simply didn't notice some kind of additional settings or something like that 🤔 I don't know how to check have my keyboard double direction inputs support or not. Sorry for my English 😅 I'm Russian and I can't make sentences property
@@celinekimi6493 the diagonal inputs are simply done by holding two directions at once.
Down-Right would be down + right, down-left would be down + left, that is how you do these directions.
Down, downright, right + button is how you would do a special.

Wait, we never saw Tenshi's supers despite her being a punching bag for everyone else. Does she not have supers, or did you simply forget?
Good point, its a FAQ i forgot to write up.
Tenshi isn't a character in this game, she is just the sandbag in training mode for some reason (masochist memes probably). She has one attack for the purpose of testing parry supers i think and not much else really, that's why i didn't show any of her moves or Supers.
@@ShiGen It makes a certain amount of (fanon-specific) sense. Fanon Tenshi is a masochist, right? Why would she resist pain in that case?

In different but rather related news, she is now part of the playable cast and can dish out pain.
I believe she was added some time ago in a new version. No more masochist memes, it's 2022 dammit!

The only settings the game allows are very minimal like Screen Size and OpenGL 2.0... at least in the version i got. I'm playing Windowed 1440x1080 with "Yes" to OpenGL 2.0

It should work without any outside tool but if you are having a hard time, just set everything to the keyboard and then try using JoyToKey to set the Xbox buttons to the Keyboard buttons you have setup.
This type of Mugen Engine makes it really hard to use a Pad but its doable

Outside of doing the input shown?
You have to have Super Bar for it, the right amount.

@@stupidguych.8508 Check the input settings in the Option Menu, it should tell you which letter of your keyboard is assigned to what button.

I think those were made by different authors or the authors of the mod.

How good is the AI
No clue honestly but i think they should work normal.
The game is pretty well made so the CPU of all the characters feels pretty fair or normal functioning but nothing crazy. Didn't try higher difficulties though so they may be better than that.
You can download the game and give it a try for yourself, may be the best solution here.
