      Maximum try to control your sugary items..
      Plan your diet with high protein & fiber rich watery vegetables Little amount of carbohydrates..
      Regularly walk for 30minutes
      At the same time concentrate your micronutrients
      follow the sir video

    This is a excellent video. I mix Subja seeds & Chia seeds each 2 teaspoon, & soak in water & keep it in fridge & use it whenever I need. Amount is the issue here. If it will not harm the body I can increase the amount intake.

    Sir pls talk about fenugreek seeds. Noticed that it is extremely good in fiber and micro nutrients but have heard people suggestion not to take more than 10g a day. Please explain sir. Thank you.

    Sir this video adding valuation to my diet. i recently started having Chia seed as only breakfast, my body started feeling light and somehow I feel active all day and body pains also gone.
    My diet:
    Morning - Soaked chia seed
    Afternoon - regular south Indian meal
    Evening - small amount of peanut, green gram & channa boiled
