70% of engineers are doing MBAs after completing their degree. An MBA degree is the last choice for students to get a job. People clearing IIT and then doing MBA from IIM's to get more salary, and those who can't clear CA, CFA, etc., then decide to do an MBA.
This is not true i have done my mba from iim Lucknow most of them got 30 LPA only 13 students placed below 20LPA out of 400 Students, and the lowest was 16 LPA
In IIM Bengaluru all got summer placement
Do correct research, talk to students, take first hand information.
Dont make video just to do
In IIM Bengaluru they didn't got summer placement in placement week, they got in next week stop spreding false information do correct research

Ironical to h, par kuch hi hote hain, aur hamare paas data nahi h par if we took all the person with wealth over ₹10 Cr. in India then I think most of are from Family Business, Real Estate and Political background or something like that.
@@TheLearner048 15-20 years ago, the job market wasn't as vast as it is today. But for someone with a good job and strong managerial skills, finding high-paying opportunities wasn't limited by wealth. With careful saving and investing, accumulating million dollars over 15-20 years could be feasible, though it certainly depended on factors like income, cost of living, and investment choices.

this year is an exception due to recession. placements are down everywhere. also the 100 ppl got the summer internship in iim b later. But overall the mba bandwgon is going down as tech jobs are on the rise. only 5000 jobs one stat is probably wrong. I graduated from VIT Vellore in 2023 and around 800 people got 12LPA plus offers.
Is vit Vellore good for MBA ?

He isn't showing any particular course as inferior, if you would have watched the video properly, he has also talked about how many of the CAs are unemployed too or how they go for own practice, teaching, content creation, etc. So, stop hating and he is just sharing his views and research that how these big fat placement advertisements can turn out to be disappointing and how we should focus more on building skills and network rather than doing/joining a course just for the monetary aspect.
If So Is true ,why video is a clickbait tittled as "MBA dark side " and why is he generalising the course altogether to a different level .Showing only negatives is a pure sign of biasness ,using subtle influence would obviously keep everyone happy.And if I talk about "BIG FAT PLacement " he himself has been an ambassador of Ca earning "60 lakhs at 25" only focusing on the outliers . Unfortunately most of the audience quite naive to understand this .

He isnt negatively portraying any course, just sharing an overhyped yet true reality. Also, regarding biasness, he has talked abt 'BOTH' the courses, and is simply asking people to build and focus on other areas too, be it of any field.
@@Rohan-frty Are you really believing this half baked and biased information ,any new iim or a tier1 MBA colleges that charges such fees almost guarantees a good placements ,this is not me speaking but the "audited " report of these b schools . You should apply "critical assessment" and observe any information "objectively " if you know what I mean 😊

Mba karke job dundna shayad india may hey popular hai,why these iim passouts kud industries lagake dusron ko naukri nahi deyta, are iim's training costly workers for corporates of foreign countries or for the development of this nation, using taxpayers money for providing cheap corporate staff for foreigner countries
This is due to recession and things are bound to recover. What the IIMs need to do is not increase seats senselessly.

In my opinion unemployment isn't an major issue actual issue that needs to be considered first is overpopulation which is resulting in disruption in equilibrium of demand and supply.Over population is the only reason for all these unemployment issues among educated freshers and professionals.
What will be the solution to this problem of unemployment?
Bro ekdm bekar college se nahi karni chahiye, research karke karni chaie MBA. IIM Bangalore walo ko day 1 pe nhi mila hut agle kuch din me saro ko mil gyi thi. My friend did his MBA from a decent institute and has got a package of 17LPA(14 fixed component) and this is just the starting, think about his growth 📈 after 5-7 years.

IIM are bound to fail because of reservation which lead to neglecting smart student. How can private college like SP JAIN , XLRI , MDI are putting better no. then these Govt. institute. FMS Delhi is facing job shortage in placement is crazy to me. Lets be real all the top Indian CEO GOOGLE , MICROSOFT etc belong to same category shows that the people from ST/SC category are suffering even after graduating from these top college

@@267k-subscribesdekh bhai , simple mai batau toh agar tujhe reservation ke basis par top iim ya top b school mila aur tu ye sochke ja raha hai ki aage jyada mehnat nahi hai toh tu bohot badi galti kardega - iims tujhe oppurtunities dega life change karne par tune agar utilise nahi ki toh nuksan unka nahi hoga jitna tera hoga . Jab tak apne saare goals achieve na ho tab tak mehnat band mat karna . Aur bindas cat exam do , iss saal mai bhi de raha hu 😁
bhai isme problem sirf reservation ka nahi lag raha , jaise maine previous reply mai kaha ki consistently apne aap ko grow karte rehena hai iim mai ya koi bhi top b school mai . Reservations are an oppurtunity for the lower end poor people to get a good career but yes , there is a problem of misuse

Brother I want to clear one thing Jo ap numbers bta rhe ho na 100 vala banglore mai vo sb category vale students hai Jo ki college ne khud mention kiya hai or iim b ka lowest package was 19 lakh category students ko easily mil jata hai college but vo log nhi kr pate hai interview crack or na uska communication acha hota hai open valo ko sb ko job milta hai

My cousin is itself from top IIM and he tells me a good B school tier 1 and some of tier 2 as well is perfectly because after 2 3 years down the line no one cares to see ur College they just want good experience and ur optimistic behaviour.
