Unlink the Pivot Table Cache (An Excel Dashboard Hack you must know)

How can I create two unrelated pivot tables from the same data source? I want to create separate calculated fields for separate pivot tables using same data source. Now this is not permitted by default in excel. But there is a way to unlink data cache between 2 pivots tables and to understand how to do this, watch this video.
