Their number formatting, color choice, and header text are rather questionable. This is a really good video, thank you! a question for you, on 4:59, when you move your cursor to the minus sign, the cursor changed to a black arrow and pointed to the right, my cursor does not work this way, it is still a white arrow and pointed to the upper left. The reason I am asking is I need to get this black arrow and click a cell so the values on the same category will be highlighted for a formatting task, do you have any idea?

Biggest problem with pivot tables, you can’t lock the work and filter by largest to smallest. You can only do that with tables, so I’ve abandoned pivot tables.
You can filter, just you don't know how.
