My IBS pain always happens at night. Once I’m calm and relaxed. My IBS attacks are so painful I can’t even breathe and I feel like I’ve been poisoned and I have to do anything to get it out. Before I have an IBS attack I breakout in a hot sweats and I instantly feel like my body is shutting down. It’s so bad.
That sounds awful Payton, hope you're ok. Are there any things that help when you're having an IBS attack? Peppermint tea is the only thing that helps me x
Becky Excell usually just emptying my system completely calms a attack, but the days after an attack I feel very awful. I will have to try that! Any specific brand that is better or that you like that helps? I do not take any medication for my IBS. So tea sounds like a great alternative!
Tere T all over, it’s almost like that feeling of an upset stomach or having to go to the restroom really bad and having to hold it but a general idea would just feel like instant poison that I have to get out no matter what or how. There’s no side just my entire stomach.
I get the same thing !!!! I can sort of pin point what triggers my ibs pain .. this morning I’m having some moderate pains 😞😞😞😞it sucks i completely relate girl.
Does anyone else hate their life sometimes because of their IBS? :,( gotta stay positive though I guess. Edit: July 9 2020 I had no idea that a comment I made years ago - probably in the bathroom not having fun - would be like the top comment. Since then I’ve figured out that schedules help ME. Sticking to a schedule every day whether it’s sleeping waking up or eating etc. I went to the ER the other week for the first time because my stomach hurt THAT bad. Back on my daily routine more sense I’ve been back and it helps. I’ve tested cutting out a lot of foods and many have helped. I apologize to anyone and everyone with this type of pain - I get it, but it’s what we’ve got. Try your best. Oh and exercising really helps me but I know for others it makes it worse. Stay hydrated and such. Anyways, I know it’s a long read but stay strong y’all! And thank you to the OP for making this video
My Doctor has done endoscopy plus colonoscopy still has not diagnosed me....however he did prescribe me with bentyl for ibs?? I'm so confused and yes I used those exact words I'm hating life right now unfortunately
All the time. On the plus side, when I did professional bmx, no pain a ramp or jump could cause could compete with my stomach pain, so maybe was straight up suicidal in the air. If I died, the pain would be gone, and if I live, I just pulled something glorious that I can see in videos decades later. Career wise though, man I’m lucky I got as far as I could, but it’s still hard. I had some life changing opportunities the last two weeks and I had to turn them down, very depressed about that
This was great, thanks, I have been researching "medication for ibs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got great success with it
The pain is just horrible. I hold my stomach and roll on the floor, regretting everything and wondering if I should live in uncertainty for the rest of my life. Glad there are people to share the experience.
Ibs is a nightmare just thinking about it. I stay away from all the foods that they say cause it but it’s crazy how I eat normal things sometimes in very small portions and get the most unbearable abdominal pain. And I also eat things that should trigger IBS but nothing happens!! So it’s very unpredictable really !! The pain is usually on my middle upper abdominal area but can also shit to the sides. It sometimes starts with heartburn and slowly develops into bloating and the worst painful cramps. I feel like I’m too full and gassy and I can’t release any gas. No amount of water can solve the issue. It also sometimes feel like drinking water can make the situation feel worse. And then comes Constipation. The worst pain is when I wan to sleep or during sleep. I sometimes wake up from the pain and find myself in face down ass up position. I also sometimes make my self throw up to ease up the discomfort. It sometimes last a day or 3 days sometimes 4. Nothing I tried worked. The worst for me is the pain. Unfortunately it’s not like a headache, you can’t just take pain killer for it. All anti spasms medications didn’t manage the pain much for me. My problem with all the advices I got from doctors or saw online they don’t touch much on pain management. Peace and love ☮️ ❤️ Please share your experience with me and if you relate I would appreciate some advice on pain management
My biggest frustration is when I bloat for no apparent reason. So hard to make plans because you never know when your gut is going to twist up in pain.
Exactly. Constant and horrible bloating is the worst part. I don't understand the pain except in cases where the IBS goes into diarrhea with bad food, which is very rare. But flatulence is crippling and frustrating
I'm really proud of you and everyone that is working with ibs. I have given up on job hunting at the moment cause I am sick every day now. Well every week. But lately every day I also get pain and that when up early so fustrating!
I don’t think people will ever understand what it’s like to be in pain everyday like to the point it’s the first things you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about at night
My biggest trouble is staying positive through the pain, and trying to still feel "like myself" and not be rude or snippy towards people. I feel so bad for being rude to the people I love
A tip is to not wear tight clothes, especially when going out to dinner or breakfast ir lunch because the tight clothes will push on your stomach and make the pain worse. Wear comfortable clothes.
ikr i had one of my worst flare ups tonight.. the pain was so bad that i threw up twice and laid on the floor of the bathroom until the pain subsided😭😭
Totally feel you on all this Becky, I am now 30 and had this since I was 18 after a traumatic loss of a close family member, So many people I know do not understand IBS and how life ruining it can be, having to always scope out the nearest bathrooms when going somewhere new, being bloated and uncomfortable and still having to battle through work etc. the list goes on! it gets old having to explain it over and over again to people, even my own dad still doesn't fully 'get it'
I have a question!! I got diagnosed with IBS .. but all I feel is bloating all day. If i get pain it’s under my belly button. But the bloating is all day. Is this a common symptom?
This is just superb, been searching for "what is chronic ibs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got great success with it
It is! You cannot even truly begin to convey just how much it hurts. If to be honest, the obvious go-to pain sites will be your stomach, abdomen, colon/rectum & anus. Hemorrhoids are a near constant. Then there's the immense torture that is cramping, bloating & gas. You begin to plan your entire life around "what if my stomach flares up". It becomes a secondary sense always to (and needing to) know where the bathroom is wherever you are. Preemptively bringing an extra pair of underwear with you or having a pair stashed away in the car for those unexpected moments (though, sort of expected or else why be doing it in the first place). It's a living Hell. Everyone at my work knows my situation and if I'm ever trapped in the bathroom and can't make it in for my shift because I'm 💩 my brains out, I simply call in to say "hey, my stomach...can't make it today sorry" or that I'll be there but it's gonna be a wee little bit. And there's the recovery time afterwards. With IBS, you use every muscle, tendon, ligament etc. when going 💩. Upon completion, you are left literally exhausted and able to do nothing physically assertive nor demanding but to lift a finger and point. It is the absolute worst! Rant over.
Well girl.. I know EXACTELY how you feel. My IBS pain can be so so bad. I get horrible cramps with diarrhea and throwing up at random times. I sometimes pass out coz of the pain. I dont feel taken serious. Im from holland and employers dont really get it. The pain is so so bad that working is difficult. Some employers have said it's between my ears. Uhh well I've been diagnosed with IBS and to hear my employer say something like that hurts. I can't get out of the house sometimes because of the pain. I have to sit it out on the toilet with a bucket to puke in. My bf makes me peppermint tea and rubs my back for hours while im on the toilet. Bless him cause the smell can be horrible. 💩 I think there still isn't enough awareness for IBS. I'm writing this sitting on my toilet taking a breath before the cramping returns. It's like being in labour for me. They're colic pains and come and stay for 10 mins and i have to inhale and breath and focus on a certain object to not lose my mind. And then they pass. After a few mins they return and so on. And this can last up to 4 hours. My bf has called the emergency ambulance a couple of times cause I was passing out. But as soon as they found out that you suffer from IBS they get all cranky that they were called. Like it isn't a real disease or something. Well the pain is bloody real! I'm sweating like a pig when those colics come up. It's messed up. Cause like you said yourself.. Even when you haven't eaten something wrong, the pain can still occur. I feel so alone in this sometimes. This can happen up to 3 times a week and is disabling. I'm complety knackered the next day after the colic pains have passed. It is "just" IBS.. well it feels like a horrible flare up from IBD or colon cancer or something. Whished IBS got the same interest around here. 😕 Good luck to you. Your little clips help ppl. Here I am in pain but watching your clip helps me to get trough. Thnx
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 For the first time in my life, i passed out today because of pain. This is agony. I love you. And you have the greatest boyfriend ever 💗. May your love towards each other give you purpose and happiness to go through your life.
@@miahmarieeeeee this is so strange that you're asking me this today on this day. Like you knew haha. Cause today I found out via vaginal echoscopy that I suffer severe endometriosis. And that that is probably the cause of all my bowel pain and problems. The gynecologist said a correct diagnosis can take 8 to 12 years. It has been mistaken for IBS. But since it is so severe now it has affected my bowels. The endometriosis is also in my bowels that the IBS is probably a cause of that. I've had endometriosis exams in 2015 and nothing was there. But my new gyno says it must've been there. I've been in extreme bowel and backpain for 3 years now and my gp said it's just sciatica and IBS. Well it's not. It's the endometriosis that grew out of my ovaries and has affected everything. I'm really sad. Cause I've been in extreme menstrual pain as well since I started menstruating as a young girl. It has always been said this was my bowel or just stress or that I have low pain tolerance. And now it's too late. I'm not fertile anymore. If my gp had listened to me earlier in life things mightve been different. Then again.. Why they didn't see endo in 2015 is a rhydle. How are you doing yourself??
@TANISHQ MATHUR thank you. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis last month. There's cysts in my ovaries and a lot of adhesions. My bowel is stuck to my uterus. My ovaries are kissing. It's a mess. Ibs and endo go hand in hand.
I've been woken up with pain and have to REMIND myself that it's my IBS acting stupid!!! I have had pain under my rib cage. In my back. Or my whole stomach. And you're right... It's depressing, frustrating, and it SUCKS!!! I thank God I found your channel cause I truly thought I was trippin’ with all these pains and symptoms. Thanks for sharing your crappy journey, so we know that we are in this potty together!!! 🙏🏾💜🙏🏾
I refuse to believe that it’s forever. I went 26 years (now 30) without a single ibs related pain. But now it’s happened? No. Stay hopeful. Something in your system changed. And I’m working to find out what.
sisco9soccer EXACTLY! I’ve gone 26 years with a great digestive system and all of s sudden (dec 2018) I start developing crazy digestive problems (GERD, Ibs) has blood test, ultrasound, chest X-ray all normal. I just turned 27 & still battling this. It goes in & out. Start feeling better then BAM it’s back, just doesn’t make any sense. I hope you’re recovering and feeling better/a handle in whatever is going on! Cheers
@@SymoneLenae sounds like a food allergy... I've been very selective of what i eat and drink lately. the food quality has gone down they put all kind of crap in it
Ruru Asile That’s what my doc considered, said it’s probably some type of allergic reaction to something I’m eating even if it’s just down to a specific ingredient. The food quality is definitely crap, it’s so sad.
Thank you for ranting on IBS! Today I am having a bad IBS day and it’s making me depressed bc I have been doing everything right or at least I think so. I guess your reactions make me feel more normal and validated.
the pain can be related to a nerve reaction from the autonomous nervous system or your immune system, triggering your IBS symptoms within minutes. Bloating and pain is such a downer, but also literally, my gastrointestinal specialist explained that serotonin the mood regulating hormone is produced and absorbed in the gut, so any disturbance with digestion or the intestines can effect your mood greatly! hence why bowel conditions are linked with depression and anxiety. Also really relate to the feeling fat comment! I'm actually thin, and on the lowest end of my healthy bmi weight, but when IBS causes bloat and pain I look so puffy and my clothing won't fit
Yeah completely I'm the same, no where near fat but so frequently my clothes don't fit due to bloating. Definitely agree about mood and stomach. Brain and gut just affect each other so much.. it's hard to balance everything though xx
Everything you've said is so relatable to me. Especially the being excited about things - it's hard for people to understand that me being excited about something can give me IBS cramps but you said it perfectly.
A friend in MD had that really bad . The thing that worked for her was bifidobacterium . She is healed and telling everyone at church about it . Try it . It is not expensive .
The bloat!!! I constantly wear dresses and leggings to allow for size fluctuations throughout the day. I don't nap but if I wake up in the night or early in the morning and lie there awake I do get this. I don't know if it's the position I'm lying in, but it seems to always happen. People think it's weird cause I say I can't have a lay in because I get a stomach ache! Maybe its psychological once it's happened a few times I worry about it and make my own stomach churn :(
Totally. I go to work in the morning with my trousers loose and by the end of the day they dont fit me anymore! I can't even remember the days now where I used to go out in fairly tight fitting dresses - definitely couldn't now! Aw yeah I get this then too, I really don't get an IBS stomach!!
I'm not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about ibs diet sheet try Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it.
Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "how to test for ibs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got cool results with it
same here if i get up to piss im like dang i cant go back to sleep laying there pondering life. Now I use a heating pad helps cramps and better sleep also Dr. prescribed sleep sedative. God have mercy
I glad I found this video. I just completed 3 days of IBS pain hell. I could not walk the pain was so bad. Swallowed an overdose of pain medications and I was still in pain. It was like nothing would stop the cramps. Now, I am nervous about anything that goes into my mouth, because I never want to return to the pain episodes.
I was diagnosed with ibs, gerd, and acid reflux at 15. I'm 30 now and just went in for my second colonoscopy this week in my life. They were checking to make sure my issues were not turning into Crohn's, I understand your pain and have lived with it most of my life. Thankfully I do not have Crohn's but my mother does and I just hope that mine never turns into it. I don't have to go back for another colonoscopy until I'm 45 so that's a good sign at least. Thanks for talking about this openly, I thought about doing the same but I don't have the courage LOL. Thanks for speaking up on behalf of us that suffer with it as well as you. It really is a full-time job.
I just learned I have IBS and take meds for it. The meds seem like they don't work or I only get a little relief. It's a constant pain in my stomach and back and sleepless nights. I get in my head and think that if I have this is life worth it but then think about my child. This truly is horrible and I'm happy I found this channel cause I can't tell you how many times I've cried... Thank you for doing this, it really does help to see someone else is going through this and that it all will be okay.
omg I never thought to go to the doctor for any of this but I've been dealing with pretty much all of these symptoms for years! I've just recently learned to manage some of the symptoms (with things like ginger chews, essential oil rollers, and tea) and I had no idea any of this was IBS related- I get the massive bloating, awful nausea, bad abdominal pain, stress-related indigestion (I used to get it every single morning when I pulled up to school), and just the most temperamental stomach- I feel so relieved to know that I'm not alone in this, and that there's nothing seriously wrong with me, thank you so much for making this video!

I have kids and my IBS reminds me every time I had contractions, it’s the worse pain ever! And I feel like I want to vomit while I get these pains. And so embarrassing when I’m out in public.
I thought I was being dramatic but I've spent the last hour and a half rolling around bloated to 9 months pregnant size, getting on all fours then lying on my back again then back on all fours and panting and crying and feeling like this must be what giving birth feels like holy shit
Thank you for the video, IBS has been with me since I was in my twenties now I am in my fifties so unfortunately I have suffered from it a lot. I can totally relate to what you said about social life, you have to plan everything thinking about a possible IBS attack. Three years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease and with the gluten free diet my IBS condition improved quite a lot . My worst part of the day is right after waking up in the morning, there were times that I really struggled to get ready to be on time for work and that gave me more stress. Another detail I can share after so many years is the fact that winter time is the best season of the year for break outs and the worst is spring and summer to some extend.
Hi Aurelia, so sorry to hear that you have had IBS for such a long time - I think I'm going to be like you and have it for many years to come as well. It's all about managing it though, right?! (Even though its bloody hard!) Glad you IBS has improved since going gluten free, I hope you are coping with celiac alright too. I find mornings can be tough if I don't give myself enough time to get ready... rushing around is the worst thing ever for it! x
I'm so over IBS. Just spent a horrible night with it. 😭 I love when you say "this is so stupid." Because I say that all the time. I don't personally know anyone else with it, so it's hard for people to understand. I just started a new part time job and am so worried I will have to give it up. I don't want to disappoint my employer, but just trying to figure out how to deal with it. One day at a time...🤷🏼♀️
I'm so happy to find these kinds of videos. Even though everyone has different symptoms these videos promote solidarity and help people understand others and what's going on with their own bodies. I've been diagnosed with a bunch of stuff over the years, because there's something going on with my system that no one can really identify. I have really the whole scale of problems with my digestive system and my hormones as well. I have a doctor's appointment coming this December and I'm anxious to bring up IBS because I don't wanna be seen as a hypochondriac patient. It's hard but research helps as does seeing other people go through similar situations. I just had a stomach cramp this morning and had to just slowly walk around for an hour hunched over to ease it over. Sending everyone strength and hope. 🍀
The pain being instantaneous is EXACTLY how I feel, too! Pain or nausea/discomfort is lightning fast if I'm eating something I'm not sure about (I cannot pinpoint trigger foods at ALL--ANYTHING can set me off). All I do after that is have peppermint tea or tons of water to try to encourage burps or bathroom trips, so the pain/discomfort/bloating passes. I'm so grateful for all your IBS videos. I was diagnosed earlier this year after six months of rapid, terrifying weight loss, intense nausea and d problems that had me literally pass out from exhaustion, but this is the first time I looked up videos of other people's experiences with it. It's both heartbreaking and encouraging to hear someone express exactly what I've been enduring for a year+ now.
I'm really glad my videos have helped in some way. I always feel bad too saying that it's nice to know I''m not alone with IBS, it's nice to relate to others but I wish other people didn't have to go through it. It really sucks!
I know this was posted 3 years ago but I'm in the worst pain right now and I found this video. I cant believe how much I can relate to this. Thankyou for the video, I feel as though I'm not alone in this x
It's not just you!!!!! It happens instantly for me too, at this moment I'm in horrible pain! I can't walk or stand right now and my bottom is in muscle pain as well. I feel like vomiting! I'm so glad that I'm not alone
Thanks for your video. Yes, I too have suffered with this horrible IBS my whole life. It's affected my life and limited my life choices. I hope you have found a solution since making this video. I'm so sorry you suffer from IBS
I currently am enduring a pretty severe flare. It’s come at a very inconvenient time of my finals for college, which was probably the trigger as well. I also have really bad period cramps right now and I haven’t left my dorm room at all the past two days. My most frustrating symptom is what I like to call brain fog. I just can’t focus on anything and if I make myself focus on a lecture or a book I get really nauseous and end up throwing up and then I will randomly get a really heavy bloody nose that makes me pass out from the heavy blood loss
Jennah that's really severe, but I would suggest is to have a doctor checkup if there is not something underlying, Also please don't ever feel you alone, and takes exams like this not Very serious, I know it's easy to said then being done but Just try This before facing any challenges ask yourself what would I lost a paper, a quiz an exam i will try again , upon failing i wont come in. News or anything , so what biggest would happen I would Just fail, doing This fear of failure would deminish And you will enjoy the process rather than anxious try this
Can’t have a bowel movement on my own (have to use a laxative when I have to make a bowel movement) sharp and shooting lower abdominal pain, get bloated and full and at the same time feel hungry. Pain in lower abdomen when have a bowel movement. Ibs sucks so much

@@mond0374 any specific type of foods that is friendly that you could recommend eating daily for my ibs situation. Also I have persistent gurgling in my colon too. Any help?
Thankfully my hyoscyamine manages my IBS pain pretty well. But I still get really bad spasms a few times a week. Mine builds up. So I can feel the start of an awful day. So my lower stomach will start to feel off. Then as the day goes on it gets worse. Then out of no where it hits me and I literally fall to the ground into a ball with how bad I’m in pain. People just don’t understand unless you have it. I always get weird looks and stuff from people. I can’t help it when it feels like someone is stabbing me in my intestines. IBS is just such an inconvenience lol.
I 've been suffering from alot of flare up lately so gone back to basics plain food etc. I'm trying this new probiotics called Alflorex and have heard good things about it? has anyone tried it. ibs is a pain and leaves you soo drained
Corn...have you tried giving up corn and corn derivatives, even xanthan gum and guar gum. Corn derivatives come under so many names it is hidden in more foods than not. If you search it you will see there are thousands of people who can no longer tolerate it. My stomach pain and bloating has changed tremendously since avoiding corn products
islandjane2004 yes!! I feel like that’s why IBS has skyrocketed! Corn strips and corn product is in everything-things you never would even think it would be in. Soo much processed garbage these days...
Thank you for this video I suffer with ibs and also bad anxiety and its a vicious circle I'm currently curled up with a hot water bottle in lots of pain probably my worse flare up and it's lasted all day☹️ but at least I'm not alone and I can hear other stories of people going through it🙏🏻 hope yours is doing well atm
Thanks for this video Becky. The systemS and pain your describing is my life and has been since I was born I was 1 of the first people to be diagnosed with ibs in the earlier 80’s. Then no believe it was a really illness no one understood what it was like. I had every test and exam possible saw countless specialists most told me it was all in my head. I live with pain constantly And relate to this video so much. I’m so pleased all who are diagnosed with IBS now are understood and that ibs is now a recognised illness. Again thanks Becky this video makes me feel less alone living with ibs.

I get you, I am a hypochondriac and this just makes everything worse. I imagine the worse pain scenarios and I'm afraid of being tested and have something really bad 😭
I have IBS, I’m currently going on my 5th week of intense consistent pain. The pain gets so bad it causes me to feel nauseous , dizzy , hot and like I’m going to black out on the toilet. I’m active and stay hydrated and currently on hyoscyamine which is a anti spasm medication and that use to help but not anymore PLEASE HELP. Strangely our symptoms differ a lot. Mine come on about 20 minutes after eating, I get pain lower down and trapped gas/acid reflux (which is controllable). I don't get the massive bloated stomach either. My pains are immobilising, don't know about you. If I'm having an attack I have to sit down and pretty much rock. Sometimes dig my fingernails into my palm to try and distract form the the pain in my stomach (irrational I know but when the pain is that extreme you don't have control over it). Same as you I get stress cramps - now that I've found my food triggers my IBS attacks are pretty much only stress related luckily. I do occasionally get random pains but not so much anymore. The full feeling is definitely something I experience - I don't understand how people can fit it all in! I have two or three meals a day and the occasional snack. Some people would starve on that hahaha. Here's another one - do you get uterus cramps (not period cramps) when you have IBS? My IBS sets off that entire area - even my legs sometimes cramp up a bit. That can be really debilitating.
Aww yeah they are quite different. When mine are at their worst I literally cannot move, I just try and crawl into a ball! IBS is such a weird beast though. I mean how can our symptoms differ so much! Yeah I get cramps everywhere, not just in my stomach either. I really need to sort out every food trigger, and then deal with being more chilled out and not so stressed! xx
We definitely share that - I just have to sit on my bed and hug myself. I haven't had one like that for a very long time luckily. Yes but it's so hard to narrow down isn't it :( it took me a long time.
Ah You described my pain exactly. And it hard to tell someone that the pain is so intense I would do anything to stop it. Just today I barely had the strength to walk. It is a strange sort of comfort to know I am not the only one.
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "how to treat ibs naturally" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got excellent success with it
Hi Becky, thank you so so much for posting these videos! for people with IBS ( I have been suffering with this for the past 20 years and have recently started getting upper right stomach pains exactly what you have mentioned in the middle of the night) at the least this makes us feel not so lonely in all this
I’m 17 and I think I’ve had it as long as I can remember but it got MUCH worst this year. I think it definitely has to do with stress. Graduation, choosing a university or college, and you know A PANDEMIC. Fun stuff. Fun stuff. I have episodes every once in a while we’re I just have the worst cramps I’ve ever had. They feel like I’m giving birth. Than I poop till I can’t anymore. Than my stomach hurts (annoying pain, not the giving birth pain) for a few days after and my stomach is just “off balance”I guess.
I'm really kinda glad that there are other people who can relate. I've dealt with IBS pain my entire life (even when I was a small child) and no one understood and just assumed I was faking to get out of school and such. 20ish years later and I still have the same problem and unfortunately do not know what my food triggers are, as it seems to be almost everything. IBS pain is definately a large part of my life too and I can relate to this video so much
Does anyone experience this? I have pain only on the right side of my abdomen.. right under my rib. The pain is constant. Doesn't go away.. i've had it for 1 month.. but i've also noticed that it hurts more when i stretch.. and i'm confused, i dont know if this is a muscle or a pinched nerve or something. Does anyone else with ibs experience more pain when the strecth to the side? Thank you
I GET THIS!! This is why I’m looking at this video! I honestly get this sharp pain exactly how you have described! I have had colonoscopy/ biopsy/ MRI and nothing shows to be a problem!
I am doing the liver cleanse by andrea moritz. Look it up. I think it could be my gallbladder or my colon. One or the other. So i'm doind this colon cleanse, after the 6th day i should see a difference.
Alicia M definitely get it checked out at the doctors, i have been chasing it up for over a year now! My colonoscopy came back clear, now I have to do a camera scopy thing where i swallow a pill with a camera inside and it takes pics of my Digestive tract and should see anything abnormal inside... if nothings found I will be referred to gynaecologist to see if that’s causing the problem! Hope you all take care :)
mine is the left side all the cramps shooting pain stining sensations and palpitation like beats do u get any of those sensations? i get all of those at once its horrufic especially on one side im constantly squeezing my side..i think thats the colon spasm like someone is squeezing it and all the stuff inside causes the stings and shooting weird pains😭😭😭
That’s exactly my symptoms. I have a feeling it’s stress related because I’ve been in a lot of stress last few months. What do u take for the symptoms?
I think I have IBS too and I have on and off mostly upper right side pain that just hurts. I hope its stress related too. I have extreme anxiety/panic.
I’m 22 and began this journey with IBS officially 2 years ago. I have had a “sensitive” stomach my whole life but nothing compared to now. Just like her, once I eat something like basil pesto, I instantly feel abdominal pain and nausea. I take famotidine and omeprazole 2x a day. It gets hard sometimes mentally, definitely gets in the way of living a normal life. I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy
I'm in the middle of quite a long bad flare up of ulcerative colitis, I was originally diagnosed with IBS. My pain is horrendous, I was having watery BM's at least 50 times a day, was so bloated I had to unbutton my jeans. Today my jeans are nearly back to being too big, so I'm not too bloated anymore. Thanks for your videos, they are extremely helpful for someone who Has only been diagnosed 6 months. I'm now on fodmap diet, I'm watching your shopping videos to get some ideas on what I can eat. Keep up the great helpful videos. The way you battle your IBS is such an inspiration to me, it gives me the courage to fight on, I know I'm not alone in my IBS fight. Thank you xx
Got pains on my left side out of no where recently in my uni final year - lmao surely it was the stress. Small ache of pain is always there on my left side. Went to the docs, not sure if its IBS, but he gave me buscopan which are used for IBS and stomach cramps and it has helped me quite a bit. The pains are very annoying...
I wouldn't be able to work. I feel like screaming and I get sweaty. I feel like I'm going to die. It hurts so bad. I am hurting right now. It is somewhat bearable at the moment but it feels like it is going to get worse. It doesnt matter what I do or eat I get the pain.
I’m always in pain every morning about twenty minutes after waking up. I have to give my self time before I leave work just to use the restroom. It mainly happens when I eat a lot of junk food the day before.
i would like that they did a series like what they did with issues like suicide or anorexia so people can have a shock in their systems and realize that ibs is serious and can even be life threatening if not controlled appropriately
It is true, your videos make me feel better because i don't feel so alone. Thank you! Does anyone else have these wierd pains very early in the morning? So strange!
IBS pain in my experience: Cramp in the colon and which is very sharp at some point and makes my head and eyes red seriously and it lasts for 3 minutes... Mostly when I have coffees.
Your comment is the only one I’ve seen here that actually describes their IBS pain. “Very sharp.” Nobody else is describing their pain other than saying “pain” or “cramp” and I don’t understand why.
Im 8 years in I cannot live anymore I've lost my long term partner, everyone around me can't. I'm sad alone always in pain. About to be homeless I can't work no even part time. My doctor tell me to take anti acids and yoga. I'm miserable and can't take it. Everyday I wake up I cry. You said exactly how I feel mine is just all day everyday. I try to live by my pains RUIN EVERYTHING EVERYTIME.
This was great, I've been looking for "constipation ibs" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my work buddy got excellent success with it
Do you get pain that ladts days and gets confused with apendix i am in so much pain right now i was hospitalised but tests are normal they say its my ibs but its so severe for 6 days now
IBS significantly affects the quality of one's life. I am 22 and have been suffering from it from the past 3-4 years. The medications provide some relief but I often fail to manage my diet. So, IBS flares up after that. Also, sometimes it flares up for no apparent reason. Don't know why. You might experience pain at different parts of the abdomen. For me, usually, it's lower right side of the abdomen and lower right side of my back. But anyway, you gradually learn to live with the abdominal pain. To all the people suffering with this disease, I hope that you get the strength to fight your way through this disease.
My IBS symptoms started about 9 months ago; I’m in my 40’s. It started out with waking up 3-4 times in the middle of the night with stomach cramps and diarrhea. The past month has been very painful. It feels like someone stuck a giant fork in my stomach and is twisting my intestines around like spaghetti. I also have constant nausea and diarrhea up to 10 times a day. I feel so awful for the ones that have had this for years. I can’t imagine. I want to cry because I’m scared I will feel this way for the rest of my life. I’m not sure I can handle the pain for that long. 😞
39 y old male here. I’ve had IBS for about 5 years now. Started as terrible diarrhoea and stomach pain. I turned to a low FODMAP diet - completely cutting out wheat, dairy, onions and many other things. It helped a lot and stopped the awful diarrhoea but after a few years I now just seem to have constant stomach pain and bloating, even without eating any trigger foods. Similar to you, it’s worse from afternoon onwards. I’ve seen specialists and spoken to my doctor a lot but tend to get nowhere. Did a few months of Symprove probiotics and not seen any improvement. My next plan is to test for SIBO, also do a comprehensive stool test to rule out anything like parasites. It’s becoming quite debilitating so will keep tying to figure out what to do.
I just want to thank you for your informative videos, I got diagnosed when I was 16 however it’s only been recent that I’ve really taken notice. Thank you
I suddenly got IBS after going off a certain drug! At first, I did not understand it, and I suffered terribly. After a year passed, I felt and thought that I suffered a great curse. This is very negative, but the conditions...Strange, unprecedented and amazing circumstances had led me to this conclusion. Now that I am fully aware of this disease and have learned all its aspects through a lot of research, I have stopped this negativity. Knowledge is the key to freedom from captivity. I will fight and never stop fighting to defeat this senseless humiliation. Knowing more and better, my differential diagnosis board is more complete to try all the ways. I never stopped trying to beat it and never quit. Because I saw and heard people with the same disease They completely destroyed it. I can't deal with this situation, so I will never deal with it, but I will change the situation. Let's stay strong and eradicate this disease forever with a fighting, tireless, positive and hopeful mindset. God bless all IBS patients and make them proud and victorious in this difficult test. Amen 🙏
what wrong with being fat😎 i am intolerance to gluten and lactose and that is the only thing i know about. i have the pain in my stomach , headache, and limp pain and it goes on and on but i think i will go back to my doctor and ask if i have any other symptoms,. i actually love watching your videos.
Goodness, yes! I’m just learning about my IBS & what triggers I have. I’ve noticed alcohol & sugary drinks have such an effect on me. I typically don’t drink, but if I do, very basic, clear drinks are my go-to’s. Today (after a night of a few sugary cocktails), absolutely everything I put in my body has been awful. Hoping to learn more about this thing so life can be a bit more manageable! Thanks for your videos, love
Hi, Elizabeth here, Thank you, Becky, for this. It's good to know I'm not alone with IBS. I've become more poorly since 2017. Now, I have chronic IBS. I've been prescribed IBS medication for the constant pain. I also take painkillers. Tomorrow, I'll start taking additional prescribed medication and book another blood test. Like you, it's taking over my days and my nights. I'm keeping a food diary now but nothing seems to be ok for me to eat. I had a long talk to senior GP today and he confirmed everything I've learnt- scientists don't know what causes it and it's a symptomatic syndrome so there cannot be evidence for its existence. Hurrah! Isn't it so nice to know that!!!! :(
IBS is the worst. I can barely even leave my house without worrying I’m gonna have an attack. I can’t eat out, can’t even drink anything while I’m out without getting sick. The pain gets so bad that I can’t breathe & I throw up. Sometimes I haven’t even swallowed the food & I get sick from it instantly. It sucks ):
Becky Excell Yeah I’ve been to the doctor about it a few times & they haven’t really done much for me. Guess it’s just something I have to live with. IBS sucks, but we just have to tough it out 💪🏼
Yeah I never get much help from the doctors... you just need to learn more about your body than anyone else has to with theres, our bloody stomachs are weird!! x
That moment when you cry because you do not feel so alone. Right now I am doing low fodmap elimination phase amd am still having flare ups due to stress. My doctor has diagnosed me with IBS and possibly endometriosis. Either way. Trying to stay positive is hard
Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I'm sitting here (tmi) on the toilet trying to find something to distract from the pain that makes me want to faint! Most of my pain comes first thing in the morning :/ hard to get going when you're sick when you wake up. But I'm not alone! I'm so sorry for your pain! But we got this! We are warriors!
OMG I just saw your video I was just diagnosed with IBS it’s horrid went to the ER they did noting for me have me something for pain and follow up With my gastro I also have diverticulosis I’m 65 it’s crazy I taught I was in Labor your video helped Me so much thank you
Hey Becky, wow what a helpful video! Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us. For me, having stomach issues for over a year and a half and being diagnosed with IBS around 5 months ago I've found something that seems to of reaaaally helped. It's called Triphala powder. Great for calming the stomach. Not sure how to tackle the windy situation tho (and I feel soz for my future husband eek)
I have the worst spasms from my ibs. I feel like someone is stabbing me in my lower stomach. I literally drop to my knees sometimes. I usually get it at night when I'm trying to sleep. I work mornings so I usually don't sleep and I'm exhausted at work because of it. IBS is horrible. It totally takes over my entire life. I can never make plans to do anything because I just never know when I'll have an episode. I miss so many days from work. I've even tried to get on disability but IBS isn't considered a disability. Luckily I have a manager that understands for the most part. I rarely leave my home. I Pray to GOD to heal me. I'll keep praying
But I can definitely relate to this video thanks for making it I cut all sodas all dairy and most vegetables trying to cut chocolate but it's super hard .
Just found this channel And this young woman’s explanations about Never knowing what size she is Looking pregnant Feeling constantly fat - that is my whole life!!! Being full forEVER Yep!!! The dictatorial nature of my ibs is something I rebel against all the time!! Or I get into a mental cycle where my mind believes that I can get rid of the awful fullness and pain by eating more- Trying different foods to see if any of them will relieve the discomfort!! I love hearing someone else talking about this !!!! Thanks😊😊😊😊✨✨✨
Wow! I have just came across your channel, after finding out that the pain I have suffered from for almost 18 years and been taking tramadol for could actually be down to IBS. The more I hear about it, the more I can see the dots joining together. I can understand the 'episodes' as I call them if I've eaten something that doesn't agree and sometimes out of the blue for no apparent reason or trigger to cause them, they are pretty nasty and crippling when they happen, but it's the constant pain that's confusing and SO annoying. 😢. Constantly nagging away day in day out. I feel I relate to what you've said on practically every level. It makes you feel so anti social and almost afraid to eat, especially if your having a day of fairly mild pain, you don't want to upset the slight relief but then it seems to kick off no matter what. Sorry for waffling on but it really is a relief to know it isn't in my head (which I had been told previously, but they never thought to mention IBS until now!) I had no previous problems at all, it started about three months after I had my twin daughters by c-section, and I always maintained that the whole process had upset the natural limbo of my body and it now appears I could have bee right. Keep up the great videos and thank you for sharing, it's a relief to know I'm not a freak lol.
Hi Deborah, thanks for the message 😇 Sorry to hear about your problems but I'm glad there is some comfort in knowing you aren't the only one. That's why I make these videos it helps me too to feel a little less odd! It's hard to convey to those who don't have IBS that pain can be constant etc and come about from something so small. I think the fact that everyone's IBS is so different means that there must be so many reasons why it is caused too, so maybe it was something to do with that for you. I really hope that yours improves, it's not fair is it! xx
What side do you feel pain
Tere T all over, it’s almost like that feeling of an upset stomach or having to go to the restroom really bad and having to hold it but a general idea would just feel like instant poison that I have to get out no matter what or how. There’s no side just my entire stomach.
I get the same thing !!!! I can sort of pin point what triggers my ibs pain .. this morning I’m having some moderate pains 😞😞😞😞it sucks i completely relate girl.
Does anyone else hate their life sometimes because of their IBS? :,( gotta stay positive though I guess.
Edit: July 9 2020
I had no idea that a comment I made years ago - probably in the bathroom not having fun - would be like the top comment. Since then I’ve figured out that schedules help ME. Sticking to a schedule every day whether it’s sleeping waking up or eating etc. I went to the ER the other week for the first time because my stomach
hurt THAT bad.
Yep, but don't let it get you down 💜 Lots of us in the same boat, but we can get through it together! x
My Doctor has done endoscopy plus colonoscopy still has not diagnosed me....however he did prescribe me with bentyl for ibs?? I'm so confused and yes I used those exact words I'm hating life right now unfortunately
i just said these words the last couple of days. Ibs its awful!
I do the same
Same
My amazing doctor recommended Citrucel. It's a drink mix and you mix it with Tang. I've never had any more major attacks since.
Does this pain happen anytime like some sharp pain here and there
Ibs is a nightmare just thinking about it.
Peace and love ☮️ ❤️
Please share your experience with me and if you relate I would appreciate some advice on pain management
My biggest frustration is when I bloat for no apparent reason. So hard to make plans because you never know when your gut is going to twist up in pain.
And people don't understand that it just happens without notice 😔😔😭😭😭
I thought I was crazy as a kid people would ask why I never wanna go somewhere when I actually did I was just afraid of flare ups
Exactly. Constant and horrible bloating is the worst part. I don't understand the pain except in cases where the IBS goes into diarrhea with bad food, which is very rare. But flatulence is crippling and frustrating
I am a man but have the same..nothing planned and enjoyable because boating. Pain on the side
Yes the instant pain! I had this at work! And people just don’t understand like you were fine 20 mins ago LIKE YES SUSAN BUT NOW IM NOT DONT TEST ME
I'm really proud of you and everyone that is working with ibs. I have given up on job hunting at the moment cause I am sick every day now. Well every week. But lately every day I also get pain and that when up early so fustrating!
Lol l totally get it
So relatable
Same 😭😂😂😂 omg makes me want to punch people sometimes. Like DO YOU THINK I WOULD BE FOLDED IN A FEOTUS POSITION IF IT WAS BARABLE SUSAN
@@magalie3277 😄
I feel your pain :'( I used to love food. Now I can barley eat, I have to force myself to.
Same here. I lost 45 pounds in 3 months and I’m afraid of eating.
Same same
I don’t think people will ever understand what it’s like to be in pain everyday like to the point it’s the first things you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about at night
Great tip, I always live by this!
Brynlee Riblet that's why i'm a hippie with ibs&sibo lol
sitting in the toilet praying that the pain stops this is terrible 😭
I do that sometimes
ikr i had one of my worst flare ups tonight.. the pain was so bad that i threw up twice and laid on the floor of the bathroom until the pain subsided😭😭
Same
Same.
How are you doing now? Im so sorry you’ve been in so much pain.. me too 😔 Every. Single. Day...
Totally feel you on all this Becky, I am now 30 and had this since I was 18 after a traumatic loss of a close family member, So many people I know do not understand IBS and how life ruining it can be, having to always scope out the nearest bathrooms when going somewhere new, being bloated and uncomfortable and still having to battle through work etc. the list goes on! it gets old having to explain it over and over again to people, even my own dad still doesn't fully 'get it'
My dad also doesn't understand ,it's crazy ,we are alone with this battle
“It’s like having IBS is a full time job”😂 you make me laugh out loud. I love you
It really is and we're married to it as well 😭😂
She came from an authentic place to have come up with a analogy like that. I didn't laugh, instead I thought "she gets it."
Good luck to you. Your little clips help ppl. Here I am in pain but watching your clip helps me to get trough. Thnx
do you feel sharp belly pain too?
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
For the first time in my life, i passed out today because of pain. This is agony.
I love you. And you have the greatest boyfriend ever 💗.
May your love towards each other give you purpose and happiness to go through your life.
How have you been feeling know after 2 years
@@miahmarieeeeee this is so strange that you're asking me this today on this day.
Have you been diagnosed with IBS?
My pain hàs gone down from left abdomen to my butt cheeks
Cheers
Omg yes! Mine started at 26! I never had problems before.
The food quality is definitely crap, it’s so sad.
mine started this year at 22!
Ive never related to a video this much
Aww it's good to be relatable but I wish it wasn't and you felt better xx
Everything you've said is so relatable to me. Especially the being excited about things - it's hard for people to understand that me being excited about something can give me IBS cramps but you said it perfectly.
Instant pain...I understand.
yep, it's so frustrating! x

Aww so sorry to hear this. Honestly you are not alone, just take it slow and you'll be ok. You are definitely not alone xx
I know. I am too scared to drink or eat at all and on friday I kind of pig out because of it and saturday and sunday can then be hell.
If I knew it would kill me I would too. Sorry but I'm in the middle of a 14 day attack .

How you doing?
How are you now?
How are you managing your symptoms ? Pls enlighten ..
Please explain pain symptoms
Is there somebody like me? I have IBS for 10 years, but progressively the abdominal pain became a continuous pain, 24 hours from 24, never stops.
hi becky do you get shaky and dizzy as some of the symptoms
I do as well. It’s almost flu like
Yes I get that when haven't eaten much cause cant cause my stomach wont keep anything down. And also I get the hot sweats too.
@@irelandburras973 yes like feeling poisoned and the flu at the same time
Yes, I do! After a flare up I get so foggy!
I don't why people make fool of others. I had IBS for 6 years but now i have 100% cured it. Guys don't pay anything to anyone else. I assure you that you can cure yourself easily without paying a single dollar to any one..

Little Wolf Taima I’m soo sorry honey, I feel your pain. I just want it to go away.
(Even though its bloody hard!)
Glad you IBS has improved since going gluten free, I hope you are coping with celiac alright too.
🌸✨🧸🌼💜 Same
@@lav856 I feel the same. I wish I could talk to somebody with the same condition

That seems,, more severe than IBS
Jennah that's really severe, but I would suggest is to have a doctor checkup if there is not something underlying, Also please don't ever feel you alone, and takes exams like this not Very serious, I know it's easy to said then being done but Just try This before facing any challenges ask yourself what would I lost a paper, a quiz an exam i will try again , upon failing i wont come in. News or anything , so what biggest would happen I would Just fail, doing This fear of failure would deminish And you will enjoy the process rather than anxious try this
Cold sweat double over in pain in the morning horrible diarrhea. Anyone else?
Armando I don’t always get diarrhoea, however I do get intense pain in the morning and I have to double over.
Can’t have a bowel movement on my own (have to use a laxative when I have to make a bowel movement) sharp and shooting lower abdominal pain, get bloated and full and at the same time feel hungry. Pain in lower abdomen when have a bowel movement. Ibs sucks so much
@@Mandalore.The.Hero7 hey man I went gluten free and dairy free since this and I have had far less symptoms. No ibs flare up in a year and my bloating has gone!
@@mond0374 any specific type of foods that is friendly that you could recommend eating daily for my ibs situation. Also I have persistent gurgling in my colon too. Any help?
@@Mandalore.The.Hero7 so for me Gluten was a HUGE irritant and so was dairy. Do you eat a healthy diet?? Or exercise regularly?
Thankfully my hyoscyamine manages my IBS pain pretty well. But I still get really bad spasms a few times a week. Mine builds up. So I can feel the start of an awful day. So my lower stomach will start to feel off. Then as the day goes on it gets worse. Then out of no where it hits me and I literally fall to the ground into a ball with how bad I’m in pain. People just don’t understand unless you have it. I always get weird looks and stuff from people. I can’t help it when it feels like someone is stabbing me in my intestines. IBS is just such an inconvenience lol.
Mines it soo bad, i can't even walk, but it makes me throw up...omg, it can last up 2 hrs! I hate it, it feels like am dying 😢
I 've been suffering from alot of flare up lately so gone back to basics plain food etc. I'm trying this new probiotics called Alflorex and have heard good things about it? has anyone tried it. ibs is a pain and leaves you soo drained
I've heard of that but not tried it, let me know how you get on xx
Corn...have you tried giving up corn and corn derivatives, even xanthan gum and guar gum. Corn derivatives come under so many names it is hidden in more foods than not. If you search it you will see there are thousands of people who can no longer tolerate it. My stomach pain and bloating has changed tremendously since avoiding corn products
I haven't, I do eat a lot of cornflakes, maybe it would be worth checking. Thanks for letting me know x
islandjane2004 Thanks for the tips.
for some is corn for me for example what trully messes with my digestion is cassava root and beans
islandjane2004 yes!! I feel like that’s why IBS has skyrocketed! Corn strips and corn product is in everything-things you never would even think it would be in. Soo much processed garbage these days...
It's so helpful for people who don't know what this feels like to have an idea, especially our loved ones who may think we're making it up.
Absolutely correct ✅
Thank you for this video I suffer with ibs and also bad anxiety and its a vicious circle I'm currently curled up with a hot water bottle in lots of pain probably my worse flare up and it's lasted all day☹️ but at least I'm not alone and I can hear other stories of people going through it🙏🏻 hope yours is doing well atm
Omg the instant pain! I’ve tried to explain it before but everyone dismisses it and says it can’t be that quick
Does anyone ever feel like when their stomach makes noise it also smells? Idk it’s weird, idk if I have ibs or my stomach pain is from anxiety

Ibs makes you feel nauseous at times to and it usually is in my lower stomach and I have health anxiety witch makes it so terrible I keep on thinking I'm dying.
Yes nausea comes from all the cramping ,sadly
does anyone else get pain around the anus from going to the bathroom a lot?
I’ve been suffering from this for about almost 2 years . The pain is very stressful everything I eat just makes my stomach hurt and cramp up more wonderful thing is I have severe anxiety and it makes my stomach hurt more

My IBS was at it's worst when I had an office job. Never having a sitting down job ever again.
Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got excellent success with it
this is me exactly, aside from the fact that i do bloat quite regularly to extremes.
i’m so sorry you have to go through this 💞
Thank you for the video! My IBS spasms are excruciating and exhausting. I wish everyone luck and relief.❤
It's for sure stress ,for me stress and periods cause a flare
I'm really kinda glad that there are other people who can relate. I've dealt with IBS pain my entire life (even when I was a small child) and no one understood and just assumed I was faking to get out of school and such. 20ish years later and I still have the same problem and unfortunately do not know what my food triggers are, as it seems to be almost everything. IBS pain is definately a large part of my life too and I can relate to this video so much
Yeah it pain in joints legs back and pelvic . . .

So i'm doind this colon cleanse, after the 6th day i should see a difference.
Yes i am experiencing it right now. I feels better when i lie down. however, i know its still there, its awful.

are your stomach cramps like period cramps?
You are me same symptoms but I call it a knife stabbing me it hurts so bad it’s awful 4 months straight with this flare

Thank you
No problem Hanna x
Amen 🙏

Thank you, Becky, for this.
It sucks ):
Aww Hannah I'm so sorry to hear that :( Have you been to the doctors lots about it? You shouldn't have to live like that xxxx
Becky Excell Yeah I’ve been to the doctor about it a few times & they haven’t really done much for me. Guess it’s just something I have to live with. IBS sucks, but we just have to tough it out 💪🏼
Yeah I never get much help from the doctors... you just need to learn more about your body than anyone else has to with theres, our bloody stomachs are weird!! x
I get the same symptoms as you hannah
does your pain feel like period cramps?
Very clear and accurate descriptions of how we are feeling. Thx you 4 sharing. I'm not alone. 😘🤗💞
I can’t even eat fries without thinking about going to the hospital cause of pain
Yes we are, we fight this together!! Hope you are feeling better than when you typed that xx
Becky Excell much better thank You!
OMG I just saw your video I was just diagnosed with IBS it’s horrid went to the ER they did noting for me have me something for pain and follow up

Me so much thank you
Hey Becky, wow what a helpful video!
Hi Sarah-Jane, thanks for watching :) I'll have a look into triphala powder, thanks for the heads up x
But I can definitely relate to this video thanks for making it I cut all sodas all dairy and most vegetables trying to cut chocolate but it's super hard .
chocolate is a tricky one!! I love chocolate too much :)
aren’t vegtables good?
Just found this channel
And this young woman’s explanations about
Never knowing what size she is
Looking pregnant
Feeling constantly fat
- that is my whole life!!!
Being full forEVER
Yep!!!
The dictatorial nature of my ibs is something I rebel against all the time!!
Or I get into a mental cycle where my mind believes that I can get rid of the awful fullness and pain by eating more-
Trying different foods to see if any of them will relieve the discomfort!!
I love hearing someone else talking about this !!!!
Thanks😊😊😊😊✨✨✨
My IBS started when I was 7 😭
I really hope that yours improves, it's not fair is it! xx
