Glen Helen MX 2024 Baja Designs SRA GP NIGHT RACE (POV 4k)

This was a wild and awesome SRA GP race sponsored by Baja Designs. The track itself was about 5 miles long, and consisted of the main big Glen Helen track, Mt St Helens climb, the wooded canyon area, the Vet mx track, the pro series truck track, and washes, tabletops, doubles and all of the awesomeness Glen Helen can provide. I can truly say this was one of my favorite races I've ever done. It was a "Rider switch every lap" set up, so it gave you time to shake it out and sprint hard every lap. There was carnage, motocross battles, crashes, and everything you'd expect from an all-out night race.
This is a video of just one lap of the 13 we completed, and we averaged 9 minutes and 35 seconds on our laps pretty consistently. Me and my co-rider buddy have been riding together forever and have always had just about the same riding times throughout most of our lives. Ill change that though soon... you hear that Ryan? I know your reading this.... your day is near.. lol
Me and my buddy alternated using his Husqvarna FE450 dirt bike, and it worked out like a champ. No crashes, no injuries, and no problems at all whatsoever really. Had a quick bike stall on lap two, and a couple "Oh S...." moments coming into corners too hot but we kept the shiny side up and rubber side down. I can't wait to race this again and if you're ever questioning if you should, I say yes, you won't regret it.

Thanks Randy! Yea dude we got 2nd in our class of 8, and in the bigger class we got 4th out of
14. The entire race though I’m not real sure because there was quite a bit of experts, and as you can probably tell from the vid, I’m no expert haha but it’s all in fun! You ever race?
