I get thought patterns such as "hes figured us out quick run away" like someones talking in my head acknowledging that i recognise the thing in my head if that makes sense. Ive been treating it as anxiety, but the symptoms, thoughts and emotions are pretty intense
I think anxiety is fear of possible outcomes that stem from real things. Like the fear of crashing not allowing you to drive a car. Where as psychosis is believing in something that is not real to most others, that has become real to you. I have made logical sense of un real things in my head that I cannot unsee. I'm a concerned friend and afraid to suggest she is schizophrenic... what do I do???
With unstable mood, your friends situation sounds like schizoaffective disorder, but diagnosis should be left to the doctors to determined. As someone who has been in denial, no matter what anyone says will change my reality of experiencing these things. It's quite isolating when the rest of the world doesn't understand. You can show support by explaining how you love the person, what you are seeing, how you see it negatively effect them, explain to them you are only saying this because you care for them, and you are there for them in any way they need. Ultimately, it is their decision to seek help, unless they are a danger to self or others. That is when you and the love ones should intervene. Hope that helps.

@@lettersfromschizophrenia I don't have any hallucinations or delusions. I developed a kind of immunity to it. They lost their purpose since I began ignoring them forty years ago.
This is not schizophrenia, reality is like this beloved child of light. Must people are closed and when they open up like you did, the get lock up. You need to trust and know you can help a lot of people, don't give up on love and tell yourself there is something wrong brother. Check up on this guy. Matthew L. Fraser, what he does you can do easly as he does. Bless You man. 🙂🙏
I can understand that feeling. In my extended mania and psychosis I would dream like everything was fine, but I would wake up and the psychosis would continue. I could barely sleep. I thought there was no way I could ever deal with it, and had the same feelings as you. I checked myself into a hospital and my journey to getting back to a functional life with limited symptoms began. It takes a little bit of time for things to stabilize. But things get better on medication. It’s scary, and there are side effects, but if you allow people to help you can push the worst of it away. Hope you get help, it’s worth it, and you are stronger when you learn to manage it!
Sounds like the prince of the power of the air tried to deceive you, during your experience. I recommend reading the Holy Bible, starting with John. I recommend the translation, MEV. It was through psychosis that God opened my eyes to mysteries I had no answer to prior.
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this as well, but you have all the strength you need inside you to overcome this (Others can teach you tools to make it easier) You are strong, and even if doesnt seem like it will get better, it will get better (may not go away but you can learn to drown it out). There is a lot of help out there, I hope you can reach out and seek it.
What happened to you sounds pretty cool. I mean being in this place of "infinite love". Some people might even call that heaven. I hope thats not too religous. By the way my psychosis was not nearly as cool as yours. 😅 And i totally relate to talking telepathetically to people. I thought i was doing that with my dad. And with Donald Trump 😅 I found other people like me who thought they talked to Donald as well. I dont even follow him. Just bizarre. 😂
😂 believe me I had game of thrones talking to me when I was trying to read something during my first visit to a psych facility lol this was just the first one when I had no idea what was happening😂
That sounds like a demonic attack. They wanted you to die in your sins without accepting the love and atonement of Messiah Yeshua. May God bless you. Keep taking your meds and I'll pray for you. Please read the book of John
Brother these are Jinns you are talking bout. Search up jinns they are a creation of god just like us humans but we can’t see them. They have free will like us humans too. Just fyi
Experiencing the light doesn't necessarily mean to have schizophrenia. Your channel to the spiritual source of this universe has openend, you wil be overwhelmed and you cannot control what is going on. You can learn to hande this energy, it's not a sickness. Jesus had this experience, Buddha, and many many others.

Did you recover like I did by not believing in the hallucinations and delusions?
I wouldn’t say recover. I just live with it. I cannot push away hallucinations and delusions. They are very real as they happen. I just experience them as it comes, and keep reality close to me. Comes in waves, then goes away and I’m alone again with security and solitude in my thoughts
@@lettersfromschizophrenia I don't have any hallucinations or delusions. I developed a kind of immunity to it. They lost their purpose since I began ignoring them forty years ago.
This is stereotypical jinn possession
Huh! You believe in that?
This is not schizophrenia, reality is like this beloved child of light. Must people are closed and when they open up like you did, the get lock up. You need to trust and know you can help a lot of people, don't give up on love and tell yourself there is something wrong brother. Check up on this guy. Matthew L. Fraser, what he does you can do easly as he does.
Bless You man. 🙂🙏
My “schizophrenia” built up and turned into psychosis. It is really bad, I want to sleep and never wake up again!

Can you elaborate on what God opened your eyes too?
@@natas12rm I can elaborate.
🫂
It’s horrible 😢
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this as well, but you have all the strength you need inside you to overcome this (Others can teach you tools to make it easier)
You are strong, and even if doesnt seem like it will get better, it will get better (may not go away but you can learn to drown it out). There is a lot of help out there, I hope you can reach out and seek it.
Your psychosis was much milder than mine. But anyway, I appreciate your story.
Lol. What makes you say that. That’s a really weird thing to say to someone.
@@brittanysaywood2436 Because my psychosis was much more wild, with suicide attemps and the cops involved
@@lettersfromschizophrenia 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆
