Awesome video and some sweet cards Mr Past Is Alive aKa Mr Jon. Love the 94 Topps Reggie Sanders card. I went to High school with him. Have a good one and a great weekend to you and ✌️ Mr Past Is Alive aKa Mr Jon.
The 1988 Topps rack pack was a nostalgic one for me. It was the first pack I ever opened as a kid on my 10th birthday. It had a Pete Rose card in the center.
Cool variety and a fun coast through the years. Gotta adore the Donny Baseball flapping mullet and The Chicken. You always remind me on why I loved Stadium Club in its early days with its classy photography. I had also just noticed that factor with my random 1991 Stadium Club hockey cards. Have a great weekend. - Heather
82-94 is the era when the trading card industry collapsed, that's why there's so many packs left to open. The brainstormers in the industry came up with the idea to include rare, valuable inserts that saved these companies from bankruptcy. I collected everything from this era and gave them all away to kids when I got older. I love watching packs from my collecting days getting opened, brings back great memories.
I have an every Padres card ever collection I’ve been working on the last few years and I swear that Phil Clark 94 Fleer didn’t exist until you opened that pack
I started collecting in 89 and that year, and the next, I got one box of Donruss. With the advent of the Elite cards in 91, I got 3 boxes that year and the next. No luck. By 93, I had given up, but coming home from a vacation to Pennsylvania, we stopped at a gas station and they had 1993 Donruss packs. I bought one with the remaining couple bucks I had left from vacation and pulled a Larry Walker Elite Card. Still in my top five favorite pulls/finds.
RetroWax subscriber…great product. Your boxes seem to have a few better packs but I always get some nice pulls…just hit a 92 Bowman Gold Foil Manny Ramirez
Great cards!!! I love collecting cards and getting them signed. Do you ever get duplicates in the same pack? This happened to me in a few years ago when I got 2 of the same Mark McGwire cards in a 92 Upper Deck pack.
Is this really the going rate for these type of packs? I am wanting to relive my childhood and open some old packs from when i was a kid. I have not bought any cards at all since about 1993. Is there a cheaper place to buy old boxes of packs?

You could never ask for a better pack. The Borasso looks hilarious like that. Maybe keep it w/gum attached?

I remember being 9 years old, opening 82 Donruss and only wanting one card.... The Famous Chicken.
I need to go back to 1993 and search Fleer ultra for that Dennis Eckersley rookie card … Glorious
Thanks Jon, cool to see the Bowman

1992 Bowmen was a great pack Jon
Favorite card the chicken intrigued in selling it

You got jack squat out of this box.
Spectacular Opening as always Jon!
Always enjoy you opening these boxes 😀
Two Bruce Egglof cards, that makes it all worth it
I want that Jeff Jackson shirt
92 Bowman Joe Randa with Freddie Kruger sweater
The Chicken card is the error version missing the TM trademark on the front.
Feel like anytime you can pull a Griffey from a 90s pack it's a victory.
Agreed!

Also, Bob Boone should be on the omen list.
Nice roll down memory lane, but for $65, could have better luck with something more concrete then spontaneous.
Ozzie canseco used to ghost sign for Jose
89’ Fleer Doc Gooden
resealing wax packs was a problem in the 80s, i doubt much has changed
Are the 1989 bowman Orioles pictures from the same shoot as the 1990 Topps Orioles pictures? The sky looks very similar.
Is this really the going rate for these type of packs? I am wanting to relive my childhood and open some old packs from when i was a kid. I have not bought any cards at all since about 1993. Is there a cheaper place to buy old boxes of packs?
Bob Sebra for HOF.
Definitely that damaged Mike Krukow card I PC Kruk great Giants announcer
Lot of junk wax repackaged although a couple of the Donruss packs are nice.
Kruger on Friday the 13th
How wouold you find a 1976 Eckersley rookie in 1993 Fleer?
Slip of the tongue! Eckersley auto is what I meant.
Was that the Romine error in '89 fleer?
Dave Justice still a pc. He was in fire back then
Ozzie Canseco is the Frank Stallone of junk wax
I’m here, just late
Will gambling (DraftKings, FanDuel, etc) signage in the background of modern cards start to count toward offensive signage? Lol
I know it's not worth much bit I love ripping junk wax
First !
That didn’t go so well, sorry pal.
