      The Wet Movement , I don’t know Xander, but I have 1 year and four months clean time. My life is So Much Better!!!😊

      The Wet Movement , P.S. Many previous users go through what I refer to as , “ The Pink Cloud.” It’s like Feeling Wonderful, at first. However, depression over ones past is normal. I went through a long depression. The good news is, the depression is over, and now, things a getting Better and Better. I’ve had to be strong and very honest with myself. It takes time. I was addicted far 30 Long Horrible Years!!! My recovery is an Amazement!!!♥️😊

    Man, I remember obsessing like that too and then after several years of devoting my time outside obligations purely to getting fckd up and trying to escape the pain, I realized that all I was doing was creating more. Being addicted and dependent on substances is no quality of life and is no way to spend your short time on Earth. On my right forearm I have the words "A Life That is Visible and Real" and on my left I have "A War Waged to Declare an Inner Peace"; a reminder to never give up the fight to be happy and to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit....all of us are worth that devotion ✌🏻❤

    Ryan, thank you so much for this videos, after two years of heroin use which pretty much destroyed my life, I've been clean for two months. I've look thru your videos and they have given me a much better outlook on what's to come, I'm not going to lie everyday i feel like I'm one phone call away from being back where i was two months ago but the important thing is that i haven't made that phone call. Even after two months i feel a complete lack of energy and just have to tough it out all the while knowing the quick fix is right there… so, today is thursday... on monday I'm joining my local gym. I'm hoping that it will help fire the engine back up.
    I have a question; is there any supplements you would recommend?
    thanks for all the good work you're doing here, You have at least in my case put a positive spin on a very difficult situation.
    thanks again,
    J.

    I'm gonna be starting my detox journey soon, just had some questions for you all: does your brain return to normal? Like do you feel the same you did before you started at some point? How long and what should I expect from withdrawals? I've heard the first 3 days are the worst and to stay hydrated, I'm planning cold turkey from fentanyl, and at home just cuz financially I won't be able to go to a center since no insurance , any advice would be appreciated

    I'm 76. Did opiates, all, for pain relief, then quit. Not fun, and at my age not really going anywhere, but it's Still better to work on pain other ways. Recreationally? I don't know why! Never found any recreation there...but whatever, it IS good to not be there any more.

    Any recovered opiate addicts that got clean and then was able to smoke a little weed and drink a little and stay off opiates? I am getting off opiates and I was wondering if smoking weed after I got off dope was a bad idea

    • @1cody2014
      @1cody2014 5 лет назад +3

      Chr1stph3r James doing other drugs is a big trigger. You’re trying to substitute one drug for another but eventually you’ll realize that weed or alcohol is nothing close to opiates and you’ll start to chase opiates again. Don’t set yourself up for failure.

    Ryan why do you still say your in recovery when you've been clean for as long as you've been?

    • @Sassy8utube
      @Sassy8utube 6 лет назад

      Ramon Escalera because the saying is your not an ex addict but rather in recovery... never an ex

    • @Sy-un2qv
      @Sy-un2qv 6 лет назад

      Heroin recovery never ends. There isn't just one day when you wake up and suddenly are clean and healthy and dont have any thoughts or cravings. The battle of addiction is on going and only ends the day you die
