If you want more pars, but you're really struggling with contact. You top and chunk your shots. Your low point is all over the place, then let's take a look at your shoulders throughout the swing. They play a key role in helping you get through the shot. I share the yes in the no’s, so you can clearly see the difference between the two. So let's get to it.

Goodmorning, I just ordered your new book on Amazon, and also got this training aid, your the best golf instructor, thank you James (smile).
I love your tips!!! Fantastic teacher!
No questions! I wish I found your RUclips channel 20 years ago. Excellent lessons. Why didn't my local PGA coaches teach me these...
I am a 59-year-old mid handicapper. My only complaint is that I could not have had this tip 50 years ago when my dad introduced me to goof. 😊
Great, short lesson as always!❤❤❤
Thank you!!!! Great advice!!!
Damn, that totally explains what I’ve discovered in my own practice. I was imagining slapping through the ball with the right hand (same shoulder through as you were showing). Now I know what the real difference was.
Very good tip...Thank-you very much
I think that’s what I was doing getting to armsey on my chip shots and flubbing them good tip
Excellent advice Madame!
Very good thanks
Love yr crazy accent...
Greetings from Oz.
Excellent 🎉
Excellent
So simple. Ty🙂
Thank you !!! When you say "pit shot" , do you mean when pitching? Can this practice be applied to all iron shots?
Hi Paige! Yes... Pitch shot and yes the same deal with all your shots regarding how the shoulders move 👍
@@MoreParsYour Awesome.
This is critical info!
Jack Nicklaus said the most important thing amateurs don't do is lower the left shoulder about 6 or 7 inches taking clubhead back between the ball and big toe..and we know how well he stayed centered..
Think final message is yours emphasizing shoulder movement
Does that apply to the driver as well?
Christina, does this L to L apply to all golf clubs?
How do you buy the training aid used in this video ? Thanks !

as a person who struggles with " getting thru " the ball and finishing with hands high as my golfing friends say.......isn't this excellent advise for a full iron swing also...thanks
Yes, great for all your shots...but easier to learn the move...and feel with this drill!
What is that band? I'd like to try that!

Does the shoulders touch the chin on the backswing and downswing?
They can but not required. I like to feel shoulders work under the chin for sure (not covering face)
Hi Christina I find that literary when I pull with my club in hand this naturally pulls my lead shoulder down and around my body as you say; and, then I simply use my club in hand to push my trail shoulder down and through my body with my hands and club keeping me in my golf posture until my classic finish.
Another words I am not pulling my lead shoulder and then pushing specifically with my trail shoulder directly as I previously thought; but now should only originate the pulling and pushing with my hands on my club which continues along with my butt turning in sequence to the end of my swing. Would you agree? Cheers ❤️👍♥️😀🥂
Everyone has different feels to get them there, so I am glad that you have you specific way to get YOU through the shot.
@@MorePars true. Even Christo Garcia has his new miracle OTT swing that people believe in.
Have you seen it?
He teaches a figure 8 move with the shoulders. Different strokes for different folks I suppose.😀
Lol, you need a seatbelt for golf? For sure I gotta get one of those.
simply say..."Scoop Up!!!"
