I had one of these wacky clear cases once. It was probably a lot different than this because this was back in like 2010 or so. It was my first ever gaming pc, my friend and his dad were super into it and they were nice enough to give me some extra use able parts they had and help me find all the right parts and build my pc. They had this clear acrylic case, it was huge and super heavy but we had blue led set up in there and it actually looked pretty sick for back then. It was also a total tank, no wobble at all. It was actually a very good case. I have no clue where the thing came from, there was no branding or anything like that on it. One day I wanna find a good quality clear case again and build an homage to that first rig

Also I washed it in the sink with dish washing soap after I soaked it with beer and even got stains removed and still it is in great condition. So the mouse pad without RGB I highly recommend. UPDATE: Someone just recently liked my comment so it reminded me to make an update about the mouse pad. It's not a major problem, but the stitching around the mouse pad is starting and ending right at the middle on the right side, which is exactly where my mouse hand ends up sometimes. It's kind of annoying and I'm afraid that it some day will get undone. The upper outer edge would have been a lot better place to start and end it. @Alex: Just a tip for peeling off paper or any protective foil from acrylic: Soak it in water! It will come off almost by itself after a minute.
I got a ton of decade old acrylic for free where the plastic foil has fractured into thousand pieces. It was virtually impossible to peel all those tiny pieces off one after the other while not getting scratches on the Acrylic. But luckily the LDPE Foil soaks up water quite fast, as all plastics do. Not by much, but as you know, humidity can be a problem with 3d filaments as well as lead to warping of plastic sheets. I usually let them soak for 15minutes and then brush it off.

@@zyzzbrah3025 9:27 the sticker says 170-240volts, while the Canadian standard is 120

@@cream9292 Probably more to do with the 12 volt rail only having 32 amps on it. a 1000 watt psu should have around 83-85 amps on the 12 volt rail. So basically as soon as Linus did anything with the GPU and most likely the CPU as well under any load would trip the PSU causing it to fail to give the needed amps required by the system.
That 32 amps most likely means that psu actually can push at most 350 watts to 375 watts only.

I love the hyper beast mouse pad, looks awesome.
Me: _waits for AliExpress items to ship in 1-2 months_
Also me: I feel like the "Express" in their name is an overstatement.
How is your comment 5 minutes old...?

Anybody knows the video where Anthony re-created dat face on linux?
It's the fatty dove ssd video
Here: ruclips.net/video/mnk6gnOBYIo/видео.html
Canada runs on 120V and the PSU you used is rated for 170-240 Vac meaning that it is not suited to run on your receptacle, voltages are too low even with the -+10% difference. I'm surprised it even worked at all.
I've been trying to find the song that plays at 11:36 for half an hour and it's driving me absolutely crazy. How is there no trace of the lyrics anywhere on the internet except for this video??? I want to bang my head against the wall
i cant find it either hope this comment gets some traction!
That mouse mat is the coolest thing in this whole video.
I can't believe no know knew it was the hyperbeast :^(
@@ford4793 I've been playing csgo since 2013 and didn't knew what this was supposed to be
i have 1400 hours on csgo, and it finally came in handy
brock hoffer i believe is the original artists name
@@Homanjer how
That graphic on the mousepad is from the Hyper Beast series of art, which is mostly known as a line of CS:GO skins
IIRC NZXT uses one of those graphics too.
my favorite vids on youtube thanks!!
Whole vid was worth a watch … JUST FOR THE DANCE PARTY ALONE!!!😂 love it 👏
you should do a video trying to claim warranties on aliexpress products

Not really Ali-express PSU's fault when the input is rated for 170-240 volts and Linus plugs in Canada's 120 volts into it.
@@flyerton99 I expected smart psus by now. Maybe if he took the gpu out and used integrated graphics, it would work?
I just got that same mousepad from Amazon (minus the graphic, it's plain black) for $7. I only got it because where the USB plugs in for power was supposed to also have a 4 port USB hub. It did not.
that alseye cooler was the same one that i bought for my pc but it didnt even fit on my mount, so i just had to use the included amd cooler
You know, I like to think the title is “The Ali Ali Express Pc” and that first I is capitalized
I read it like that the first couple of times then after seeing your comment I read it again and realised
ThAt WoUlD bE FuNnY I tHiNk
Same bro
That title would work with Optimum Tech where the dude's name is actually Ali
I was reading it like that before reading this.
Linus: "I've been accused of making videos to get views, well I'll let you in on a little secret... I don't make videos to not get views"
Lmfao forreal tho
That is like claiming the opposit of clickbaiting would be not releasing any content instead of proper content. :D Linus did not address the ostensible accusation, just the wording. :D
@@worldhello1234 It is a nonsense accusation though so it gets a nonsense/jokey response because who doesn't make videos to get views? It's RUclips so making videos = getting views what's so hard to understand about that?
@@worldhello1234 It’s the original statement that’s nonsense
There is an incredible amount of information here
I bought a 360 AIO from aliexpress and it has been serving me well for 2 years, kept my i7 8700k and then i7 11700k at 38 degree idle and 60-ish max load.
Seller: "You get lifetime warranty"
Product: DOA
Amazon : this item doesn't ship to your country😂😂
They aren't lying, you have a warranty for the lifetime of the product, which was 1 minute. Warranty is now void.
@Laser Waiting They usually just refund you and tell you to do whatever, my experience with DOA things from AliExpress
@@HitchensTV cool :)
Power supply be like:- "In terms of watts, we have no watts"
Edit: Its linus's fault lmao
that power supply be kinda sus
we have "WHAT??"s
i had like a 340 watt psu and when i came to give it to my homie it fried after a switch accidentaly got switched from 240 v too 115 v. Thankfully his pc was fine.
power supply is sus
@@mokujin4076 Where did you find this out ?
9:27
The power supply shows a rating of 32A von the +12V Rail, which is merely 384 Watts. So it's basically a 400 Watt PowerSupply, that's why it craps out.
Thanks for your advice on Ali express
