The Canadian incident was owned by the owner of Tim hortons coffee and bake shop. Also it was the first flight with the owner on board.

If I had the means it would be difficult to choose between so many amazing jets.

Great detail in all your videos, thanks! I Would love to understand depreciation on some these aircraft if you buy it after the large drop say at year 10+-. Then fly it for 5-8 more years.

You’re right on the money, think of a new automobile, in the first year or 2 you’re going to take the biggest hit in depreciation then it levels out, something similar is happening with business jets however over the past 10 years we’ve experienced accelerated market depreciation which has shortened the service / economic life (cost to maintain exceeds the value) from 30 years to 22. Thanks for watching!

@@naughtyUphillboy the market have done that purposely. Biz jet market is heading towards performance, not economy. Imagine 15 yrs old race car. It cost nothing itself, but cost of maintain is the same as it would be brand new race car. You can call it progress in performance. The market must turn towards economy, for value to maintain. We can see that economic approach with VLJ and also props. That probably never happen to super midsize and long range biz jets, because remember, usually these owners have few of them. Money is not the main issue in this class.

@@morisnakus6108 ???? Please clarify, Biz jet performance is nearly stagnant, except for very slight increase in speed in last 20-30 years. Fuel consumption is down, acquisition cost is still critical. Am I wrong ?????
