TIP: You can charter a boat from Port Sarim to Port Phasmaths without having to collect ectotokens.

To get to the starting point u can just charter a ship to mos le harmless (or to port phasmatys) from port sarim. This costs 650 gold and no ectotokens are needed.

This method can also be used during the quest to get to mos le harmless.
Btw, small update on travel fare: normal price: 1300, 50% less if completed cabin fever, 50% less if ring of charos

IRONMEN - Be sure to have 18 planks for this quest. 10 for the wooden cats and 8 for various tasks within the quest. 10 Bear fur can be bought at the fancy clothing store in east varrock and you will need a clockmakers bench in your player-owned-house to craft them.

if you go to port phasmtys by charter ship u wont need echto tokens at all. saves alot of ppl alot of time not doing the useless run for slime n crap
