Got it first try with this playing in the background as I did it. The 7 minute buffer that you have for simply getting the surgeon ring is fantastic for intermittent pausing for when one has a smoky door and he doesn't. Fantastic guide.

First time I messed up because I wasn't aware you had to complete the 2 challenges before the third so I accidentally ate 2 pieces of food while completing the house within 33 minutes. Second time got it done in 29 minutes with 1 piece of food all thanks to your video.
I've been trying to do this quest off and on for 2 weeks. Watching other video guides, they either get the directions wrong, or go too fast to keep up, causing big pauses in quest progression trying to go back and forth pausing to catch up to them to proceed. This was an extremely well made guide. Your directions were clear and understandable and I even liked the way you enunciated your sentences. It reminded me of a flight attendant explaining how to put on the masks in case of an emergency. This is a good thing. I did fail completing the quest in time on my first try, but it was completely on my part and was not the fault of the guide at all. It is seriously a top notch guide! Thank you. :)

It's really important to commentate well for this type of video where time is important. Short and quick explanation of the steps and timing like you did in this video was perfect. Hence, the amount of views and likes ;) One tip: When peeking a door, you can instantly hit go through instead of waiting for the ghost to move.

I did that and paused by alt tabbing constantly :P Dont even think about the time, because you will get it unless you take huge breaks. This quest reminded me back when i was 8 and playing resident evil on the playstation 1 :D

i died putting the curse break scroll together and using it on the monster but that was my fault for not reacting fast enough. my next attempt i put it together as soon as i got all 3 pieces to avoid mistakes. 5 years later and this is still a good guide so thank you
just wanted to tell all of you guys 3 important things that could help you complete your run. 1. dont give up, stay persistent in your travels. upon my first completion i was frusterated and gave up myself. the next day i completed the quest with 1 food, no deaths and under 30 minutes. 2. make sure you listen to him very carefully and understand your directions. my first run through i thought too much and it cost me too much time or my life during the rowena monster part. 3. it may help to make some practice runs. for some parts you may know where to go before him telling you so you can skip ahead and pause until you catch up. this will shave off some time. another thing is that you dont have to do all the challenges at once. although it is convenient you can do them seperately. example number 1 and 3 you can do together which is not dying, and in under 37 minutes. number 2 is just completing it with 1 food. best of luck to you all and may you find the joy of nevering doing this again. unless you want that huge lamp.

Very well made and helped me a lot, the only improvement would be to remove that 13 seconds or so at 17:13 when you say "climb the latter" and wait 13 seconds before saying what to do next, that's a decent time just standing in the smoke that could mess people up, i know it took a bit of my hp. But very good guide overall

You could mention that if you died or were forced to eat more than 1 food you can simply exit the mansion, talk to maria to claim a reset and give it another shot. Other than that was great, well done and thank you.
