As an ironman, I started pickpocketing HAM Members at the point you advised and got 2 full sets in under 5 minutes. Thieving level 76. Thanks for the guide. Excellent!

This guy is awesome- he doesn’t take for granted your combat level- just try following another guide and you will quickly see just how good these guides are
yeah... and you needed that armour/weapon/food ^^ let's face it, your ass sitting level is high but your irl gobling fighting level just isn't that high lolz

If the goblin while going around Lumby says he didn't see the sky clearly take him back into the castle and then back out of the castle. The Goblin should say something then
So what happens is if you skip the cutscene when you first Zanik outside, he will say "I havent seen the sky clearly yet" even after talking to everyone. Simply walk back into the castle, wait for zanik to reach you, and then walk out of the castle to get the cutscene again.
ive been searching for weeks for an answer. ive done everything right but the wine cellar door isnt even there! its completely gone yet the npc just dissapears in the spot its supposed to be at. help!!!!
I followed this, exactly, but when I tried going down the trap door, the dwarf won't let me. There's no dwarf chat option, to get his permission. Is there something added in this year's quest? (2021)

what do i do if i lost zanik after bien put to jail? (i tryed to get out it wont open the door, so i tele back to lumbrige. but cant find zanik now...)
gg so i couldnt damage sigmund and so i left the trapdoor thinkingi could get back down see if that fixes it,now i cant go back down and i cant find the goblin anywhere.... gg the quest bugged itself for me
go to the castle kitchen, and Zanik will be there. then go back to the hideout and to the trapdoor , and pick the lock again. also, kill the guards first, then go after Sigmund.
Im just going to say it, this quest is massively glitched now, in 2023, Ive done the quest 3 times previously, and never got stuck, where zanik won't aknowledge that im at the point she needs to chat with me. sigh new mmo incoming, I can't fuck with this game anymore
@@Rfyjuf I can't be sure, but I remember that at one point I'd accidentally had on both mage and melee armor and because of that it wouldn't let me do any damage.

You could be fighting a single lvl 2 goblin and this guy will tell you to take armour/weapon/food

did you talk to he H.A.M. leader first in the other room? Not sure what you mean by she won't let you.
you need to make sure you have the H.A.M logo equipped!!! then you can enter lol

Go back down the trap door in lumbridge where the cook is to talk to him again then say ready to go to H.A.M. I had the same done to me bro

hahaaa, i can flex with my 99 firemaking cape as a light source instead of having to bring something.
i did that once and the quest consumed my cape lmao, never again lol
